Abstract

PURPOSE: An ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) system for electronic printing is provided to reduce time and expense for making printings by automating printing process and management through the ERP system. CONSTITUTION: A communicator(101) receives the electronic printing request information from a client computer through network. A controller(102) extracts order information, editing information, and settlement information by analyzing the electronic printing request information. In case that the settlement information is valid, the controller stores the order information and the editing information to a database. An order management database(103) stores the order information and the editing information. An electronic printing processor(104) processes the electronic printing by the order information and the editing information, and delivers the output electronic printings to a client.
