Claims (5)
- 유체 파이프(20)와 연통되어서 유체압력을 전달하는 소켓(1)과, 상기 소켓(1)에 부착되며 유체압력에 따라서 위치가 변화하는 부르동관(16)과, 상기 부르동관(16)의 위치변화를 변환기(17)에서 변환하여 지시침(15)을 통하여 압력치를 표시하는 압력계에 있어서, 상기 소켓(1)의 측면에 형성된 압력센서홀(2)의 내부에 설치되며 부르동관(16)으로 유입되는 유체압력을 동시에 검출하여 전기신호를 발생시키는 압력센서(3)와, 상기 압력센서(3)로부터 출력되는 검출신호를 증폭하기 위한 증폭부(6)와, 상기 증폭부(6)로부터 출력되는 전기신호를 전달하기 위한 커넥터(8)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력계.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 압력센서(3)가 유체의 입력방향과 동일한 방향으로 압력검출표면이 위치되도록 압력센서홀(2)의 내부에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력계.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 압력센서(3)가 고정용링(9)에 의하여 압력센서홀(2)의 내부에 고정되며, 고정용링(9)은 중앙부에 구멍이 형성되어서 압력센서(3)의 리드와이어(5)가 관통하여 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력계.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 압력계의 지시침(15)의 전면에 파이프(20)를 통과하는 유체의 압력이 소정의 임계압력을 초과하여 공정이상에 의한 사고발생위험이 있는 경우에 공정을 중단시킬 수 있도록 경보하는 알람스위치(7)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력계.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 알람스위치(7)가 압력을 설정하기 위한 접점과 압력변화에 따라서 이동하는 접점인 한 쌍의 접점(7a,7b)을 포함하며, 압력설정노브(14)에 의하여 임계압력치를 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력계.
