Abstract

PURPOSE: A system and method for evaluating a policy is provided to reduce a decision-making process of a local government and reduce a budget by recognizing an economic effect of a local area policy or a public investment in real time. CONSTITUTION: An information DB(400) classifies matrix data for evaluating an economic effect in accordance with an investment/disbursement of a local area policy, designates an identification code in the matrix data, and stores the matrix data. A policy evaluation server(300) receives investment/disbursement data from a user terminal(100), receives matrix data of a specific area from the information DB(400), calculates an economic effect based on the investment/disbursement data in real time, and supplies the calculated result for the user.
