Abstract

PURPOSE: A method and device for manufacturing high purity enriched reproduction sand and gravel using construction wastes is provided to reuse sand and gravel through a washing and dewatering process by crushing construction wastes, removing metal ingredients and alien substances in the construction wastes, separating crushed construction wastes according to sizes, and synthesizing various additives. CONSTITUTION: Construction wastes are crushed. Metal ingredients are removed in the crushed construction wastes. The construction wastes are classified according to sizes. Light alien substances such as a paper and a vinyl are removed. The classified construction wastes are washed. The garbage such as soil ingredient, a wood, or plastics is removed. The construction wastes are crushed again. Metal ingredients are removed in the crushed construction wastes. A material which is used as sand and gravel is classified. The material is dewatered and alien substances are removed. Metal ingredients and light alien substances are removed in the material. The material is finally crushed as sand and gravel. A heat treatment of the crushed material is executed. An additive is synthesized with the material.
