Abstract

PURPOSE: A system for remotely observing underground water by using a mobile communication network is provided to effectively manage underground water by periodically measuring a water quality, a temperature, a water level and an electric-conductivity and analyzing the state of the underground water. CONSTITUTION: A site measurement unit(100) includes plural sensors, is installed at different areas, measures a state of underground water of each area, generates measurement data corresponding to the measured state of underground water, transmits the data wirelessly through a mobile communication system(200), and transmits an alarm message together with the measurement data when an error is detected by the sensor. A remote control unit(300) receives and stores the measurement data, provides the measurement data to a user who connects through an Internet network, and transmits the alarm message to a manager mobile communication terminal(250).
