Abstract

PURPOSE: Provided is a non-powdered chemical feeder capable of adjusting dose of chemicals based on flow rate of water to be treated. CONSTITUTION: The chemical feeder comprises a wireless automatic water level adjusting system including a water intake well(1), a water transportation pipe(40) for transporting the water of the water intake well(1) to a water tank(50), a water pressure sensor(30) installed in the water transportation pipe(40) for detecting water pressure transferred from the water tank(50), a water pressure detecting pipe(42) connected between the water transportation pipe(40) and a lower part of the water tank(50), and a check valve(44) in the middle of the water pressure detecting pipe(42) for preventing water flow from the water transportation pipe(40) to the lower part of the water tank(50). The chemical feeder further comprises a chemical tank(200) for storing chemicals to be used for sterilizing water in the water tank(50), a chemical supply pipe(201) for supplying chemicals through the water transportation pipe(40), a check valve(202) installed in the middle of the chemical supply pipe(202) for controlling chemical flow in one way, a mass flow meter for detecting flow rate of the water passing through the water transportation pipe(40), a controller for outputting a control signal based on the flow rate detected by the mass flow meter, and a valve opened and closed in response to the control signal.
