본 발명은 수도물의 원수가 유입구로 유입되어 필터 하우징(102) 중앙 하단의 물공급 통로(6)를 경유하여 1차 필터인 섬유질 형태의 프리 필터(1)를 통과하면서 유입수에 포함된 녹, 찌꺼기 등의 입자가 큰 이물질이 제거되며 1차 정수 처리된 처리수는 격판(8)의 하부에 형성된 물이송로(7a)를 통하여 2차 필터인 활성탄이 내재된 프리 카본 필터(2)로 들어와서 물속에 용해되어 있는 염소 성분, 발암물질인 트리할로메탄 등과 같은 유기화학 물질을 흡착 분리하는데 이때 하부로 물이 유입되어 상부로 흘러가므로서 골고루 필터링되며 3차 필터인 은이온 활성탄이 충진된 다공질 구조의 포스트 카본 필터(3)에서 프리 카본 필터(2)에서 미처리된 각종 세균 및 냄새를 제거하게 되는데 이과정에서는 은과 활성탄의 결합력이 약하여 정수 초기에 많은 양의 은이 유실되기 때문에 항균성이 지속되지 못하는 경향이 있다. 상기의 1-3단계의 전처리 필터에서 제거되지 못한 부유물질이 마이크로 필터(4)의 10미크론(㎛) 이하의 미세공을 통하여 완전히 제거 된다. 이렇게 해서 처리된 처리수는 최종적으로 은세라믹 필터(5)를 통과하게 되는데 은세라믹 필터(5)는 2개의 독립된 여과막층과 항균층이 하나로 결합된 은함유 다공성 세라믹 항균 여과막층으로서 이 과정에서는 물 등이 은 함유 세라믹 여과막을 통과할 때 여과막 내에 함유되어 있는 은이 쉽게 서서히 물에 용출되어 은의 항균 및 살균작용에 의한 항균효과가 있게 되며 여과된 물에 은이온이 용출되어 용존되게 되어서 여과된 물도 항균성을 가지게 되므로서 소기의 항균 정수효과를 내게 된다.In the present invention, the raw water of tap water flows into the inlet and passes through the prefilter 1 of the fibrous form, which is a primary filter, through the water supply passage 6 at the center lower portion of the filter housing 102, and rust and debris contained in the influent.
