Abstract

PURPOSE: Provided is a biodegradable plastic composition having excellent physical property and stability, which is simply produced by using commercially available rice flour(biodegradable natural material), and thus can overcome soil, air and marine pollutions owing to landfill and incineration. CONSTITUTION: The biodegradable plastic composition comprises 100 parts by weight of polyolefin matrix resin, 150-400 parts by weight of rice flour, and 0.1-10 parts by weight of chemical binder selected from the group consisting of silane-based binder of formula 1, isopropyl stearoyl titanate, and mixture thereof. Formula 1: X-(CH2)n-Si(OR)3(wherein X is any one selected from the group consisting of functional groups consisting of vinyl, amino, epoxy, methacryl and chloro, n is an integer of 0-100, and OR is methoxy or ethoxy).
