Abstract

PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing liquid type of a tea product containing a Camellia sinensis extract as an active ingredient, and food additives, such as a sweetening and acidifying agents. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing liquid type of tea product containing camellia sinensis extract as active ingredient comprises the steps of: extracting Camellia sinensis with purified water of 100 deg.C for 30 minutes and reextracting it three times for 35 minutes, 40 minutes and 50 minutes respectively; mixing the each extract of Camellia sinensis together; extracting Hovenia dulcis Thunb. with purified water of 100 deg.C for 2 and half hours and reextracting it with purified water of 100 deg.C for 2 and half hours; mixing the each extract of Hovenia dulcis Thunb. together; and mixing the Hovenia dulcis Thunb. extract and Camellia sinensis extract together.
