- PHB 합성효소(poly-hydroxybutyrate synthase) 유전자로 형질전환된 알칼리제너스 라투스(Alcaligenus latus) T1(수탁번호 : KCTC 8993P) 형질전환체를 이용하여 폴리-하이드록시알칸산 및 그의 공중합체의 생합성을 촉진시키는 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 폴리-하이드록시알칸산은 폴리-β-하이드록시부탄산(poly-β-hydroxybutyrate) 또는 폴리-하이드록시발레릭산(poly-hydroxyvalerate)인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 공중합체는 폴리(3-하이드록시부탄산-3-하이드록시발레산)(poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-3-hydroxyvalerate) 또는 폴리(3-하이드록시부탄산-4-하이드록시부산)(poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-4-hydroxybutyrate)인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
