Claims (3)
- 복수의 병렬 상태로 배치되어 둘레방향으로 연통하는 둘레방향 유통로(18), 상기 둘레 방향 유통로(18) 각각의 둘레 방향을 따라 서로 어긋나도록 상기 둘레방향 유통로(18)에 설치된 유입구(24) 및 유출구(25), 상기 둘레방향 유통로(18) 사이의 상기 유입구(24)와 상기 유출구(25)를 연통하는 연통 유통로(19)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 열교환 장치용의 열교환 유통로.
- 열전달 매체가 공급 및 배출되는 열교환 용기(3)와, 상기 열교환 용기(3)내에 설치되는 제 1항에 기재된 열교환 유통로(10)와, 그리고 상기 열교환 유통로(10)와 연통하는 유체의 공급로(11) 및 배출로(12)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 열교환 장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 열교환 유통로(10)가 공급구측 탱크(20) 및 배출구측 탱크(21)를 구비하고, 상기 탱크(20,21) 각각에 공급로(11)와 배출로(12)가 연통되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환 장치.
