Claims (3)
- 하부 기판;상기 하부 기판상에 격자 형태로 배열되어 단위 화소를 한정하는 게이트 버스 라인과, 데이터 버스 라인;상기 단위 화소 공간에 배치되고 다수개의 홈을 갖으며 투명물질로 된 보조용량전극;상기 보조 용량 전극에 공통 전압을 인가하는 공통 전극 배선;상기 단위 화소 공간에 상기 보조 용량 전극과 오버랩되도록 배치되는 화소 전극; 및상기 보조용량전극과 화소전극사이에 개재되어 게이트버스라인과 데이터버스라인을 절연시키는 게이트 절연막을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 다수개의 홈은 상기 게이트 버스 라인 및 데이터 버스 라인과 사선을 이루는 방향으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 다수개의 홈은 상기 게이트 버스 라인 및 데이터 버스 라인과 평행한 방향으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
