Claims (14)
- a) 사람 이외의 개체의 세포와 부피바카인을 접촉시키는 단계; 및b) 상기 사람 이외의 개체의 세포에 레트로바이러스 입자가 없는 핵산 분자를 투여하는 단계를 포함하는, 사람 이외의 개체의 세포에 유전 물질을 도입하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 핵산 분자가, 면역 응답이 필요한 항원의 에피토프와 동일하거나 실질적으로 유사한 1개 이상의 에피토프를 포함하는 단백질을 코딩하며, 조절 서열에 작동 가능하게 연결되어 있고, 상기 세포에서 발현될 수 있는 DNA 서열을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, DNA 서열이 병원체 항원의 에피토프와 동일하거나 실질적으로 유사한 1개 이상의 에피토프를 포함하는 단백질; 과다증식성 세포와 관련된 단백질의 에피토프와 동일하거나 실질적으로 유사한 1개 이상의 에피토프를 포함하는 단백질; 및 자가면역 질환을 특정화하는 세포와 관련된 단백질의 에피토프와 동일하거나 실질적으로 유사한 1개 이상의 에피토프를 포함하는 단백질로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 단백질을 코딩하는 것인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 병원체가 사람 면역결핍 바이러스 (HIV); 사람 T 세포 백혈병 바이러스 (HTLV); 인플루엔자 바이러스; A형 간염 바이러스; B형 간염 바이러스; C형 간염 바이러스; 사람 유두종 바이러스 (HPV); 단순 포진 바이러스 1 (HSV1); 단순 포진 바이러스 2 (HSV2); 사이토메갈로바이러스 (CMV); 엡스타인바(Epstein-Barr) 바이러스 (EBV); 리노바이러스; 및 코로나 바이러스로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 바이러스이고; 면역 응답이 상기 바이러스에 대하여 일어나는 것인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 부피바카인과 핵산 분자를 동시에 투여하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 동일한 병원체의 1개 이상의 병원체 항원을 코딩하는 DNA 서열을 각각 포함하는 2개 이상의 상이한 핵산 분자를 사람 이외의 개체에 투여하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 핵산 분자가 개체에 존재함으로써 결여되거나, 비기능적이거나, 부분적으로 기능하는 단백질을 보상하는 단백질 또는 개체에서 치료 효과를 나타내는 단백질을 코딩하는, 조절 서열에 작동 가능하게 연결되어 있고 상기 세포에서 발현될 수 있는 DNA 서열을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- i) 사람 이외의 포유 동물의 세포와 부피바카인을 접촉시키는 단계; 및ii) 상기 사람 이외의 포유 동물의 세포에, 조절 서열에 작동 가능하게 연결되어 있고, 상기 세포에서 발현될 수 있으며, 질환을 특정화하는 세포와 관련된 단백질의 에피토프와 동일하거나 실질적으로 유사한 에피토프를 포함하는 표적 단백질을 코딩하는 뉴클레오티드 서열을 포함하는, 레트로바이러스 입자가 없는 핵산 분자를 투여하는 단계를 포함하는, 상기 질환에 대한 사람 이외의 포유 동물의 면역화 방법.
- a) 1개 이상의 HIV 단백질과 동일하거나 실질적으로 유사한 1개 이상의 에피토프를 코딩하는, 조절 서열에 작동가능하게 연결되어 있고 사람 세포에서 발현될 수 있는 뉴클레오티드 서열을 포함하는 제1 핵산 분자를 제약적으로 허용가능한 담체 또는 희석제 중에 포함하는 제1 접종물,b) 1개 이상의 HIV 단백질과 동일하거나 실질적으로 유사한 1개 이상의 에피토프를 코딩하는, 조절 서열에 작동가능하게 연결되어 있고 사람 세포에서 발현될 수 있는 뉴클레오티드 서열을 포함하는, 제1 핵산 분자와 동일하지 않은 제2 핵산 분자를 제약적으로 허용가능한 담체 또는 희석제중에 포함하는 제2 접종물, 및(c) 제1 접종물 및(또는) 제2 접종물과의 혼합물의 형태로, 또는 별도의 용기에 제공되는 부피바카인을 제약적으로 허용가능한 담체 중에 포함하는 제3 접종물을 포함하는, HIV에 대하여 사람을 면역화하기 위한 레트로바이러스 입자가 없는 제약 면역화 키트.
- a) psi가 결실된 HIV 단백질 Gag 및 Pol을 코딩하며 라우스가계 육종 바이러스 인핸서, 사이토메갈로바이러스 초기 (immediate early) 프로모터 및 SV40 부 폴리아데닐화 신호 및 임의로 SV40 복제 기원에 작동 가능하게 연결된 DNA 서열을 포함하는 DNA 분자; 및b) 부피바카인을 포함하고 레트로바이러스 입자가 없는, HIV에 대하여 사람을 면역화하기 위한 제약 조성물.
- a) 라우스 가계 육종 바이러스 인핸서, 사이토메갈로바아러스 초기 프로모터, SV40 부 폴리아데닐화 신호 및 임의로 SV40 복제 기원에 작동 가능하게 연결된, HIV 단백질 Rev, Vpu, 및 Env를 코딩하는 DNA 서열을 포함하는 DNA 분자; 및b) 부피바카인을 포함하고 레트로바이러스 입자가 없는, HIV에 대하여 사람을 면역화하기 위한 제약 조성물.

- a) 조절 서열에 작동가능하게 연결되어 있고 포유 동물의 세포에서 발현될 수 있는, 병원체 항원의 에피토프와 동일하거나 실질적으로 유사한 1개 이상의 에피토프를 포함하는 단백질; 과다증식성 세포와 관련된 단백질의 에피토프와 동일하거나 실질적으로 유사한 1개 이상의 에피토프를 포함하는 단백질; 자가면역 질환을 특정화하는 세포와 관련된 단백질의 에피토프와 동일하거나 실질적으로 유사한 1개 이상의 에피토프를 포함하는 단백질; 개체에 존재함으로써 결여되거나, 비기능적이거나, 부분적으로 기능하는 단백질을 보상하는 단백질; 및 개체에서 치료 효과를 나타내는 단백질로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 단백질을 코딩하는 DNA 서열을 포함하는 핵산분자; 및b) 부피바카인을 포함하고 레트로바이러스 입자가 없는 제약적으로 허용가능한 제형의, 감염성 질환, 암 및 자가면역 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 제약 조성물.
- a) 조절 서열에 작동가능하게 연결되어 있고 포유 동물의 세포에서 발현 될 수 있는, 병원체 항원의 에피토프와 동일하거나 실질적으로 유사한 1개 이상의 에피토프를 포함하는 단백질, 과다증식성 세포와 관련된 단백질의 에피토프와 동일하거나 실질적으로 유사한 1개 이상의 에피토프를 포함하는 단백질, 자가면역 질환을 특정화하는 세포와 관련된 단백질의 에피토프와 동일하거나 실질적으로 유사한 1개 이상의 에피토프를 포함하는 단백질; 개체에 존재함으로써 결여되거나, 비기능적이거나, 부분적으로 기능하는 단백질을 보상하는 단백질, 및 개체에서 치료 효과를 나타내는 단백질로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 단백질을 코딩하는 DNA 서열을 포함하는 핵산 분자; 및b) 부피바카인을 포함하는 용기를 포함하는, 감염성 질환, 자가면역 질환, 유전병 및 단백질 요법을 사용하여 치료할 수 있는 증상을 에방 또는 치료하기 위한 레트로바이러스 입자가 없는 제약 키트.
