Claims (1)
- 용융아연도금 중에 발생하는 드로스를 반사로에서 가스 버너로 통해 550 ~ 700℃까지 가열, 융융시키고, 그와 동시에 기계적 교반을 하여 Al + Fe 화합물 등의 불순물을 많이 함유한 층과 고순도의 아연을 함유한 층으로 분리한 후, 상부의 불순물 층을 제거한 후 이에 Al을 첨가하여 0.4∼0.5wt%로 조절하고, 액상중에 존재하는 유리된 Fe 및 Pb 성분 등을 침전시키고, 노 중하부에 있는 480°∼ 550℃의 재생아연 출탕구를 통해 재생아연을 출탕시켜서 됨을 특징으로 하는 드로스 재용융 비중차 분리법에 의한 재생아연 회수 방법.
