Claims (2)
- 비닐원단을 빔(beam)에 권취하고, 권취된 비닐원단의 표면부에 소정의 인쇄를 한 다음, 열압착에 의한 접합부를 형성하고 단위길이로 절단한 후, 절첩된 비닐원단의 상면지와 하면지를 서로 분리시킨 다음, 분리된 비닐원단의 포장용기에 내용물을 넣고, 그 정부를 밀봉하는 비닐포장용 성형기에 있어서,원통형의 비닐원단(20)을 두겹으로 겹쳐지게 절첩하여 빔(10)에 권취하는 단계와 인쇄된 비닐원단(20)의 상면지(20a) 중앙부에 절취선(62)을 형성한 후, 분리수단(50)에 의해 상면지(20a)와 하면지(20b)를 분리시키고, 절곡로울러(70)로서 분리된 비닐원단(20)의 좌우측면부에 절곡부(22)를 형성한 다음, 절곡부(22)가 형성된 포장용기(80)내에 다수개의 단위포장 상품(90)을 투입하고 비닐원단(20)의 정부를 열압착 방식으로 밀봉, 접합시키는 장치를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 포장용 성형기.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 분리수단(50)은 양쪽의 선단부가 뾰쪽하게 형성된 유선형으로 구성되고, 분리수단(50)의 양측에는 로울러 수용부(52)를 구비하며, 여기에 비닐원단(20)의 측면부가 끼워진 채 절곡로울러(70)에 의한 절곡부(22)가 형성되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용 성형기.
