Description

번 아웃트 벨벳과 같은 효과를 가진 특수이중직물{A new double woven falic having similar character to burnt out velvet}A new double woven falic having similar character to burnt out velvet}

The present invention is to provide a special double-woven fabric having a better quality, such as thermal insulation, a variety of pattern effects, and stabilized pile yarns, while showing the same effect as the conventional burnt out velvet (burnt out velvet) It is for the purpose.

Conventional burnout velvet cuts the pile yarn between the surface and backside tissue of a double fabric to make a cut pile of velvet with this cut file and burn out the cutfile using chemicals. Or a single-sided loop pile fabric and then cut the loop to make a cut pile and burn the cut pile out with chemicals so that the burned out portion is slightly settled than the base tissue. The three-dimensional pattern is represented by distinguishing the broken part from the branch tissue.

In this case, the chemicals used in the burnout refer to those having the property of dissolving or carbonizing piles.

In this case, however, one process of cutting the pile yarn and another process of shearing the cut pile to maintain a constant length, that is, two processes, are required. There were also some damages to the appearance and there were problems such as not being able to maintain sufficient warmth in winter with just one pile layer.

In order to solve the conventional problems, the special double-woven fabric of the present invention creates various double-pile pile fabrics and burns out pile yarns on one side of both sides of the table.ri to produce various three-dimensional effects such as the conventional burn-out velvet. It has a pile double weave, but the pile yarn existing between the surface tissue and the back tissue is kept warm as if it is stuffed with cotton, and the burnt out pile yarn is not a cut pile but is a multifilament settled down, Since its shape does not change, it can always show a certain appearance and does not cut other pile yarns, thus omitting two processes of pile cutting process and shearing process of cut piles, and at the same time, the surface texture of table and back surface is expressed like a general fabric. By doing so, a special pile fabric can be obtained.
