Claims (5)
- 광원과, 상기 광원으로부터의 광을 집속시키는 다수의 렌즈들을 포함한 제1 렌즈어레이와, 상기 제1 렌즈어레이로부터 입사되며 서로 다른 광축을 가지는 제1 및 제2 선편광 중 어느 하나를 투과시킴과 아울러 다른 선편광을 반사시키는 다이크로익면과 상기 다이크로익면을 투과한 선편광을 반사시키는 반사면을 가지는 평판 프리즘과, 상기 반사면에 의해 반사된 선편광을 상기 다이크로익면으로부터 반사된 선편광과 동일한 광축의 선편광으로 변환하기 위한 λ/2판과, 상기 평판 프리즘의 다이크로익면과 λ/2판으로부터 입사되는 선편광을 특정방향으로 진행시키는 제2 렌즈어레이를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 편광변환장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 λ/2판이 상기 평판 프리즘의 다이크로익면 상에 부착된 것을 특징으로 하는 편광변환장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 λ/2판이 상기 제2 렌즈어레이의 입사면 상에 부착된 것을 특징으로 하는 편광변환장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 렌즈어레이의 렌즈 수는 상기 제1 렌즈어레이의 렌즈 수에 대하여 2배로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 편광변환장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다이크로익면과 반사면 사이의 거리에 의해 상기 제1 선편광과 제2 선편광 사이의 분리폭이 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 편광변환장치.
