본 발명은 플라스틱 제품 성형용 합성수지 사출 노즐에 관한 것으로서, 특히 합성수지 사출 노즐 내부 중앙에 위치한 밸브게이트 개폐용 밸브핀내에 수지 흐름탕도를 형성함을 특징으로한 플라스틱제품 제조용 합성수지 사출 노즐에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a synthetic resin injection nozzle for molding a plastic product, and more particularly, to a synthetic resin injection nozzle for manufacturing a plastic product, characterized in that the resin flow turbidity is formed in the valve gate opening and closing valve pin located in the center of the synthetic resin injection nozzle.
현재까지는 플라스틱제품 제조용 합성수지 사출 노즐은 도4에서 참조되는 바와 같이 중앙의 합성수지 흐름탕도(6)를 기준으로 외부에서 공급되는 수지 흐름탕도(미도시) 및 하부의 금형내 수지 공급용 밸브게이트(1)로 구성되어 있으나 이와 같은 구조는 평판 성형제품이 아닌 입체적인 각종 성형제품을 성형시에만 사용이 가능하고 앞으로 국내에서 많은 수요가 확실시되는 플라스틱 카드형 제품, 즉 신분증, 각종신용카드, 운전면허증 및 공중전화카드등과 같은 평판형 성형제품들을 성형하기에는 여러가지 어려움이 많았었다.Until now, the plastic injection nozzle for manufacturing plastic products has a resin flow ball (not shown) supplied from the outside based on the central resin flow ball 6 as shown in FIG. 4 and a valve gate for resin supply in the lower mold.
