Claims (8)
- 서로 대향하는 한쌍의 제1기판 및 제2기판과,제1기판 위에 형성되고 배향처리되지 않은 제1수직배향막과,제2기판 위에서 복수의 컬러필터소자들로 구성된 컬러필터층과,컬러필터층 위에서 배향처리되고 서로 상반된 배향특성을 갖는 복수의 영역으로 분할된 제2수직배향막과,상기한 두 기판 사이에 협지되어 제1 및 제2수직배향막에 의해 배향방향이 결정되는 액정으로 이루어지고, 상기 제2수직배향막의 배향상태의 길이방향과 각각의 컬러필터소자의 동일 컬러방향이 서로 수직하도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배향분할 액정표시소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 제1수직배향막 또는 제2수직배향막 중 적어도 어느 하나를 구성하는 물질이, 폴리이미드(polyimide) 및 폴리아미드(polyamide)계 화합물, PVA(polyvinylalcohol), 폴리아믹산(polyamic acid) 및 SiO2로 이루어진 일군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배향분할 액정표시소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 제1수직배향막 또는 제2수직배향막 중 적어도 어느 하나를 구성하는 물질이, 폴리실록산신나메이트(polysiloxanecinnamate), 폴리비닐신나메이트(polyvinylcinnamate) 및 셀루로즈신나메이트(cellulosecinnamate)화합물로 이루어진 일군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배향분할 액정표시소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 액정이 음의 유전율이방성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 배향분할 액정표시소자.
- 서로 대향하는 한쌍의 제1기판 및 제2기판과,제1기판 위에서 배향처리되고 서로 상반된 배향특성을 갖는 복수의 영역으로 분할된 제1수직배향막과,제2기판 위에서 복수의 컬러필터소자들로 구성된 컬러필터층과,컬러필터층 위에서 배향처리되지 않은 제2수직배향막과,상기한 두 기판 사이에 협지되어 제1 및 제2수직배향막에 의해 배향방향이 결정되는 액정으로 이루어지고, 상기 제1수직배향막의 배향상태의 길이방향과 각각의 컬러필터소자의 동일 컬러방향이 서로 수직하도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배향분할 액정표시소자.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기한 제1수직배향막 또는 제2수직배향막 중 적어도 어느 하나를 구성하는 물질이, 폴리이미드(polyimide) 및 폴리아미드(polyamide)계 화합물, PVA(polyvinylalcohol), 폴리아믹산(polyamic acid) 및 SiO2로 이루어진 일군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배향분할 액정표시소자.
