Claims (20)

- 제1항에 있어서, 추가의 실행가능한 유닛을 실행할 필요가 있는지를 결정하는 수단을 더 포함하는 이동 에이전트를 동적으로 경로 배정하는 방법.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이름은 머신의 물리 어드레스, 머신의 논리 어드레스 및 콤포넌트의 논리명 중 어느 하나인 이동 에이전트를 동적으로 경로 배정하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 속성은 머신 구조 형태, 부하 지시기 및 지원된 기능 세트 중 어느 하나인 이동 에이전트를 동적으로 경로 배정하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 목표 위치는 콤포넌트 이름과 속성의 함수이고, 상기 동적으로 얻는 단계는 콤포넌트 디렉토리를 사용하여 콤포넌트명을 동적으로 해결하는 단계를 더 포함하는 이동 에이전트를 동적으로 경로 배정하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 목표 위치가 이용불가능하거나 과부하 상태인지를 동적으로 결정하는 단계와, 상기 이름과 상기 속성의 함수로서 대체 목표 위치를 동적으로 선택하는 단계를 더 포함하는 이동 에이전트를 동적으로 경로 배정하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 변경된 목표 위치에서 실행가능한 유닛을 사용하는 이동 에이전트와 연관된 코드에서 어떠한 변경을 필요로 하지 않으면서, 하나 이상의 목표 위치와 속성을 동적으로 변경하는 단계를 더 포함하는 이동 에이전트를 동적으로 경로배정하는 방법.
- 복수의 실행 가능한 유닛을 포함하는 컴퓨터망의 이동 에이전트를 동적으로 경로배정하는 시스템으로서,(가) 실행 가능한 유닛의 논리 요건을 지정하는 이름과 속성을 결정하는 수단과,(나) 상기 결정하는 수단에 결합되어, 상기 이름과 속성의 함수로서 디렉토리에 동적으로 조회함으로써 하나 이상의 목표 위치를 동적으로 얻는 수단과,(다) 상기 동적으로 얻는 수단에 결합되어, 실행 가능한 유닛과 연관되어 선택된 목표 위치로 메시지를 통신하는 수단을 포함하며.상기 통신하는 수단은 상기 실행가능한 유닛을 실행하기 위한 선택된 목표 위치로 에이전트를 보내는 수단을 포함하는 이동 에이전트를 동적으로 경로 배정하는 시스템.
- 제11항에 있어서, 추가의 실행 가능한 유닛을 실행할 필요가 있는지를 결정하는 수단을 더 포함하는 이동 에이전트를 동적으로 경로 배정하는 시스템.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 실행가능한 유닛은 콤포넌트 레퍼런스이고 상기 목표 위치는 콤포넌트 위치인 이동 에이전트를 동적으로 경로 배정하는 시스템.
- 제12항에 있어서, 추가의 실행 가능한 유닛에 대해서 상기 (가), (나), (다) 수단을 반복 실행하는 수단을 더 구비하는 이동 에이전트를 동적으로 경로 배정하는 시스템.

- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 목표 위치가 이용 불가능하거나 과부하 상태인지를 동적으로 결정하는 수단과, 상기 동적으로 결정하는 수단에 결합되어, 상기 이름과 상기 속성의 함수로서 대체 목표 위치를 동적으로 선택하는 수단을 포함하는 상기 통신하는 수단을 더 구비하는 이동 에이전트를 동적으로 경로 배정하는 시스템.
- 제11항에 있어서, 변경된 목표 위치에서 실행가능한 유닛을 사용하는 이동 에이전트와 연관된 코드의 변경을 필요로 하지 않으면서, 상기 목표 위치와 상기 속성을 동적으로 변경하는 수단을 더 포함하는 이동 에이전트를 동적으로 경로 배정하는 시스템.
