- 기준전극, 작업전극, 그리고 보조전극들이 하나의 몸체에 집적되어 있으며, 기준전극 주위에 디스크 형태의 미세 작업전극과 보조전극 여러개를 환형으로 배치하여 미세전극의 장점들을 살리면서 전류량을 증폭시켜 감도를 높일 수 있도록 만들어진 복합 미세전극 어레이.만들어진 복합 미세전극 어레이.
