Claims (9)
- 티타늄을 함유하는 액체성분(Ti(OR)nX4-n), 여기서 R은 탄소수 1∼20의 알킬기, 아릴(aryl)기 또는 알알킬(aralkyl)기, X는 할로겐, n은 0 내지 4의정수), 유기알루미늄 화합물(R3Al 또는 R2AlOR, 여기서 R은 탄소수 1∼20의 알킬기, 아릴기 또는 알알킬기), 할로겐화 유기알루미늄 화합물(R3AlX, RAlX2, RAl(OR)X, 또는 R3Al2X3, 여기서 R은 탄소수 1∼20의 알킬기, 아릴기 또는 알알킬기, X는 할로겐), 에테르계 유기화합물(R'OR', 여기서 R'는 탄소수 2∼7의 알킬기) 및 금속-마그네슘을 유기 알루미늄 화합물과 할로겐화 탄화수소로 반응시켜 얻은 마그네슘을 균일하게 함유하는 액체성분으로 이루어진 균일 촉매시스템을 이용하여 탄화수소 용제중에서 0∼9℃의 온도 및 0.7∼3의 기압(atm)으로 에틸렌 가스를 중합시켜 제조되어 135℃ 데카린 용액하에서 고유점도가 10에서 40dl/g인 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌 분말을 200∼1000MPa의 압력 및 80∼135℃로 유지되는 단차홈이 형성된 롤러에 투입하여 압축 및 연신시켜 이송시키는 단계;상기 압축 및 연신된 수지를 가열된 다수의 롤러에 통과시켜 110∼140℃에서 1.1∼10의 연신비로 1차 연신시키는 단계;상기 1차 연신된 수지를 115∼150℃로 유지되는 1 내지 8개의 가열된 플레이트를 이용하여 1.1∼15의 연신비로 2차 연신시키는 단계; 및2차 연신된 수지를 권취하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도, 고탄성 폴리에틸렌 재료의 제조공정.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 1차 연신 단계 및 2차 연신 단계를 반복 수행함을 특징으로 하는 고강도, 고탄성 폴리에틸렌 재료의 제조공정.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 방법은 권취단계 이후에 보빈홀더를 구성하여 추가 연신하는 단계가 더욱 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도, 고탄성 폴리에틸렌 재료의 제조공정.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 방법은 압축단계 이후에 압축물의 폭 및 가닥수를 조절하기 위한 스릿팅 단계를 더욱 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도, 고탄성 폴리에틸렌 재료의 제조공정.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 롤러는 전기적 또는 열매유로 가열됨을 특징으로 하는 고강도, 고탄성 폴리에틸렌 재료의 제조공정.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 재료는 섬유상, 필름상, 또는 쉬트상인 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도, 고탄성 폴리에틸렌 재료의 제조공정.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 플레이트의 표면온도는 3 내지 8 부분이 독립적으로 조절됨을 특징으로 하는 고강도, 고탄성 폴리에틸렌 재료의 제조공정.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 플레이트는 폴리에틸렌 재료와의 접촉을 향상시키기 위하여 볼록한 표면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도, 고탄성 폴리에틸렌 재료의 제조공정.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에틸렌 재료의 총 연산비는 10∼150임을 특징으로 하는 고강도, 고탄성 폴리에틸렌 재료의 제조공정.
