Abstract

PURPOSE: An apparatus for 4-multiplying a driving signal of an electric vehicle is provided to exactly control speed and torque of an electric vehicle by exactly controlling a motor. CONSTITUTION: The first signal generating part(10) generates and outputs a pulse signal whenever the first driving signal and the second driving signal become equal to each other. The second signal generating part(20) generates and outputs a pulse signal whenever the first driving signal and the second driving signal become different from each other. The first OR receives a signal output from the first signal generating part(10), and a signal output from the second signal generating part(20), and performs a logic OR with respect to the two signals and outputs the same. The first signal generating part includes an exclusive NOR for outputting a high signal, the first D-flip flop being reset when an input signal is high, and the second OR. The second signal generating part includes an exclusive OR for outputting a high signal, the second D-flip flop being reset when an input signal is high, and the third OR.
