Claims (5)
- 공통의 사각 베이스에 합체되어 있는 상호 평행한 4개의 보(12a, 12b, 12c, 12d)로 구성되고, 실질적인 사각 모서리에서 상기 베이스를 보호하며, 상기 보는 상기 사각의 2개의 측면에 대하여 2개의 평행한 방향에서 동일한 공진 주파수를 갖도록 구성되는 공진기와, 상기 보에 대하여 수직한 제1방향으로 상기 보 각각을 진동시키며, 구동 회로에 연결되는 제1변환기(18ab, 18ba)와, 상기 제1방향에 대하여 각각 수직한 제2방향으로의 상기 보의 진동 폭을 검출하며, 측정회로에 연결되는 제2변환기(18cd, 18dc)를 갖춘 것을 특징으로 하는 진동보 자이로스코프식 측정 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구동 회로(20)는 일정한 값으로 입력 모드에서 진동 진폭을 유지하는 폐쇄 루프 회로이며, 상기 2개의 보(12c, 12d)와 관계하는 상기 제1변환기(18cd, 18dc)로부터 나오는 입력 신호를 수신하며, 다른 2개의 보(12a, 12b)와 관계하는 상기 제1변환기(18ab, 18ba)의 다른 것에 구동 신호를 송신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진동보 자이로스코프식 측정 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 구동 회로(20)가 위상 조절 루프에 의해 제어되는 통과 밴드 여과기를 통하여 곱셈기(34)를 구동하는 증폭기(32)로 구성되고, 상기 곱셈기(34)의 이득이 증폭기(32)의 출력 신호와 기준 신호를 수신하는 진폭 조절 폐쇄 루프(38)에 의해 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진동보 자이로스코프식 측정 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 측정 회로는 폐쇄 루프 상태에 있으며 상기 4개의 보 모두에 의해 운반되는 제2변환기를 보상하는 코리올리력 균형 회로를 전달하고, 구동 회로(21)의 출력 신호를 구성하는 기준 신호를 수신함과 아울러 공진기의 회전 속도를 나타내는 출력 신호(26)을 전달하는 동기 복조기(46)에 뒤따르는 입력 증폭기(44)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진동보 자이로스코프식 측정 장치.
