Claims (9)
- Al고체 전해 콘덴서의 제조방법에 있어서,용매에 전도성 고분자분말을 녹인 전도성 고분자용액 또는 이 용액에 수지를 혼합한 용액을 이용하여, Al음극박, Al양극박, 분리막 모두를 코팅하거나, 그중에서 하나 또는 둘을 선택하여 코팅하는 단계;상기 코팅후, 건조한 다음 상기 Al음극박, Al양극박, 분리막을 권취하는 단계; 및권취된 Al소체를 전도성 고분자용액에 진공함침하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 Al고체전해 콘덴서의 제조방법
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 용매는 메타크레졸(m-cresol) 또는 클로로포름(chloroform)인 것을 특징으로 하는 Al고체전해 콘덴서의 제조방법
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전도성 고분자분말은 폴리아닐린(PANi) 또는 폴리피롤(PPy)인 것을 특징으로 하는 Al고체전해 콘덴서의 제조방법
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 수지는 가소성 수지에서 선택된 1종이거나, 2종이상 선택하여 혼합 또는 공중합에 의해 얻어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 Al고체전해 콘덴서의 제조방법
- 제 1 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 수지는 스티렌(styrene)계, 비닐(vinyl)계, 아크릴레이트(acrylate)계에서 선택한 1종이거나, 또는 2종이상 선택하여 혼합 또는 공중합시킨 것임을 특징으로 하는 Al고체전해 콘덴서의 제조방법
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 코팅은 1-100μm의 두께를 갖도록 하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 Al고체전해 콘덴서의 제조방법
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 Al음극박, Al양극박, 분리막은 코팅하기 전에 일부 또는 전부를 Ti 또는 Si계 커플링제 용액에 함침시킨 후 건조한 것임을 특징으로 하는 Al고체전해 콘덴서의 제조방법
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 코팅은 전도성 고분자용액 또는 이 용액에 수지를 혼합한 용액을 이용하여 함침 또는 스프레이하거나, 상기 용액으로 필름을 제조하여 가압으로 적층함으로써 행하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 Al고체전해 콘덴서의 제조방법
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 필름은 1-100μm의 두께로 형성하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 Al고체전해 콘덴서의 제조방법
