실시 예Example

상기 실험 자료는 일반세균과 대장균의 증식결과를 한국식품 위생 연구원에 의뢰한 결과의 수치로서, 상기 실험 예에 의하면 본 발명은 각종 식품의 보존에 유용하고 특히 생면, 가공 육류(쏘세지, 햄) 등의 보존제로 사용함에 적합함을 알수가 있다. 상기 실험은 항온기 내 25 ~ 27℃에서 15일간 실험 한 것임.The experimental data is a value obtained by requesting the results of the growth of general bacteria and E. coli to the Korea Food Hygiene Research Institute.
