Claims (3)
- 사용되는 광픽업용 레이저 광의 파장이 λ이고, 기판 자체의 굴절률이 n이라 할 때, 대략 λ/3n 내지 λ/2n 깊이로 인입 형성된 다수의 딥 그루브와, 기판 표면 높이로 형성된 다수의 랜드와, 상기 딥 그루브와 랜드 사이에 반경방향으로 소정 폭을 갖는 경사부를 갖는 기판과;상기 기판 상에 성막 형성된 기록막과;상기 기록막 상에 형성되어 입사광을 반사시키는 반사막과;상기 기판, 기록막 및 반사막을 보호하는 보호판을 포함하여 된 기록 가능한 광디스크에 있어서,상기 기판을 반경방향으로 절단시 상기 딥 그루브의 폭을 상기 기판의 반경방향으로의 상기 그루브와 이 그루브 양측에 위치된 경사부 각각의 절반 폭 합으로 정의하고, 상기 랜드의 폭을 상기 기판의 반경방향으로의 상기 기판 표면 높이의 폭으로 정의 할 때,상기 딥 그루브의 폭과 상기 랜드의 폭이 서로 다르도록 되어, 랜드와 딥 그루브 각각에 기록된 신호가 동일 내지 유사한 CNR 특성을 가지는것을 특징으로 하는 기록 가능한 광디스크.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 랜드의 폭이 상기 딥 그루브의 폭 보다 넓은 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 가능한 광디스크.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 랜드의 폭에 대한 상기 딥 그루브의 폭 비가 대략 0.75 내지 0.95인 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 가능한 광디스크.
