Description

UV잉크는 자외선 조사에 의한 순간경화 특성으로 블로킹현상이 해소되어 비흡수면에서 소지(Al-Foil, PE, PP, PET, PC)에 코팅 할 수 있고, 용제의 증발이 없으므로 경화 과정에서 광택이 소멸되지 않으며, 유성 인쇄잉크에 비해 도막의 강도가 높아 내 마모성이 우수하고, 완전 경화로 인쇄물에 용제가 잔류하지 않아 무취 인쇄물에 적합하고, 내약품성, 내수성, 내약품성 등이 우수하여 내성이 요구되는 식품, 전자산업의 각종 부품, 또는 고가 완제품 포장용 판지의 인쇄에 적합한 등 그 사용 분야가 넓다. 그러나 UV경화 잉크는 인쇄층이 조성된 종이위에 코팅층을 조성하면 접착력이 취약해져서 낮은기온(겨울철)에서 코팅면이 균열되고, 높은기온(여름철)에서 코팅면에 스티커를 부착했다가 분리하면 스티커에 코팅층이 묻어나와 인쇄면에서 UV경화 코팅층이 분리되는 등 접착력의 취약성으로 야기되는 문제점을 가지는 것이었다.UV curing inks are composed of organic pigments and inorganic pigments as colorants, oligomer polymers, monopolymers as media resins, photoinitiators as agents, blocking agents, waxes, antifogging agents and the like.
