Description

Cover assembly structure of communication base station

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a small base station system, and more particularly, to an enclosure assembly structure of a small base station for easily assembling a rear cover and a base cover of a base station.

Due to the development of the information and communication industry, portable wireless terminals are becoming more and more commercially available, and accordingly, a number of communication base stations for relaying radio waves are being generated. The base station not only transmits the radio wave of the switching center to the user's terminal, but also transmits the radio wave generated in the terminal to the switching station. In other words, it acts as an unmanned small head-end.

As the number of base stations due to the development of communication increases as described above, in the mutual coupling of the cover forming the exterior of the base station, there is a race for ease of assembly, reduction of assembly parts, and the like.

1 is an exploded perspective view showing a rear cover and a base cover of an assembly structure according to an embodiment of the prior art, and FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a state in which the rear cover and the base cover are assembled according to an embodiment of the prior art. to be.

In the related art, as shown in FIG. 1, an inner lower surface of the base cover 120 is formed upward by a predetermined length to couple the rear cover 110 and the base cover 120 of the base station. A plurality of protruding ribs 121 protruded into each is formed in place. A screw hole 121a for fastening the screw is formed at the center of each of the protruding ribs 121.

Thereafter, a rear cover 110 coupled to the upper side of the base cover 120 is formed. The inner bottom portion of the rear cover 110 is formed so that the plate-shaped fixing ribs 111 extend downward in positions corresponding to each of the protruding ribs 121 of the base cover 120. In place of each of the fixing ribs 111, a screw hole 111a for fastening the screw is formed.

As shown in FIG. 2, the rear cover 110 is temporarily assembled to an upper side of the base cover 120 to couple the cover having the assembly structure as described above. At this time, each of the fixing ribs 111 of the rear cover 110 is in contact with the protrusion rib 121 of the base cover 120, the screw hole 111a of the fixed rib and the screw hole 121a of the protruding rib. It is also placed in the corresponding position. Thereafter, the assembling assembly is completed when the screw 130 is fastened to the soup holes 111a and 121a.

However, the rear cover and the base cover formed as described above, when assembling with each other, because the screws must be fastened one by one to the screw hole, as well as the assembly productivity is lowered, there is a problem that the screw fastened by the flow of the housing is released.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to solve the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a cover assembly structure of a communication base station capable of assembling a cover without using a screw.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a cover assembly structure of a communication base station in which the cover is not disassembled by flow.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is a structure for assembling the rear cover and the base cover of the small communication base station, the lower portion of the rear cover is formed in place so that a plurality of tension ribs extending in the downward direction, The lower surface of the base cover is characterized in that each of the plurality of mounting portions formed with insertion holes for inserting the tension ribs of the rear cover are formed in place.

As shown in FIG. 3, a plurality of tension ribs are formed at a lower end of the rear cover 10 to couple the rear cover 10 and the base cover 20 of the base station. 11) are respectively formed in place so as to extend in the downward direction. At the end of the tension rib 11, a hook 11a having an inclined surface in the mounting direction is formed. In addition, the lower end of the rear cover 10 is formed with a plurality of engaging portions 12 that can be caught on the inner surface of the base cover.

Subsequently, a plurality of mounting portions 21 having upper portions of insertion holes 21a into which the tension ribs 11 of the rear cover 10 can be inserted are respectively formed in the lower surface of the base cover 20. . The hook portion 11a formed in the tension rib 11 of the rear cover 10 is inserted into the mounting portion 210, and then a locking hole 21b is formed to protrude outwardly.

When the rear cover 10 formed as described above is assembled to the base cover 20, as shown in FIG. 4, the tension ribs 11 of the rear cover 10 are mounted portions 21 of the base cover 20. It is inserted into the insertion hole 21a formed in (). At the same time, the engaging portion 12 formed at the lower end of the rear cover 10 is in contact with the inner surface 22 of the base cover 20 and supports the rear cover 10. At this time, as the assembler pushes the rear cover 10 downward with a stronger force, the tension rib 11 receives the tension and the hook 11a formed at the end thereof is the outer side of the engaging hole 21b of the mounting portion 21. It protrudes to, and is caught so that the rear cover 10 is not separated. On the contrary, when it is necessary to separate the rear cover 10 from the base cover 20 as necessary, the rear cover 10 may be raised while pushing the hook 11a protruding into the engaging hole of the mounting portion 21 inward. Pulling in the direction makes it easy.

As described above, since the cover assembly structure of the communication base station according to the embodiment of the present invention is assembled to each other in a structure formed on the rear cover and the base cover without a separate fastening part, work manpower is reduced and productivity is increased.
