Claims (3)
- 회전체의 편심질량에 의한 내부진동을 억제할 수 있도록 상기 회전체에 결합 설치되며,상기 회전체의 회전축을 중심으로 인입 형성된 환형의 레이스를 갖는 본체와; 상기 레이스 내에 움직임 가능하게 위치된 가동부재와; 상기 본체에 결합되어 상기 레이스를 덮어주는 커버부재;를 포함하여 된 자기보상형 밸런서에 있어서,상기 본체는 회전시 원심력에 의해 상기 다수의 가동부재 각각이 상기 레이스의 외측벽에 접촉되도록 상기 외측벽이 상기 가동부재의 움직임을 가이드하는 형상을 가지며,상기 회전체가 수직방향으로 회전시, 상기 가동부재에 선택적으로 접촉되어 상기 가동부재의 이동을 가이드하도록 상기 커버부재 및/또는 레이즈의 저면의 상기 가동부재에 대향하는 면에 돌출 형성된 돌기부가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 자기보상형 볼밸런서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 레이스의 외측벽은 레이스의 내측벽과 나란하도록 상기 저면에 대해 수직하게 형성되고, 그 외측벽 중앙 일부분이 노치(notch)형상으로 오목하게 인입되어 상기 본체의 회전시 상기 가동부재가 원심력에 의해 상기 레이스이 저면 및 상기 돌기부에서 이격되도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 자기보상형 밸런서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 레이스의 외측벽은 레이스의 내측벽과 나란하도록 상기 저면에 대해 수직하게 형성되고, 그 외측벽 중앙 일부분이 라운드(round)형상으로 오목하게 인입되어 상기 본체의 회전시 상기 가동부재가 원심력에 의해 상기 레이스이 저면 및 상기 돌기부에서 이격되도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 자기보상형 밸런서.
