Description
Claims (2)
- 밸브몸체(2)의 일측에 전자기력을 발생하여 압력을 제어하는 플린저(25)를 가진 솔레노이드(4)를 고정하고, 그 내측에는 유압펌프(P), 리저버탱크(T), 실린더(C)에 접속되는 유로(20S, 20A, 20B, 20R)들이 형성되는 밸브자리(21)에 스풀슬리이브(22)를 끼우고, 상기 스풀슬리이브(22)의 내측에 삽입되는 스풀(23)의 일측에 스프링(S)의 탄성을 보유하는 댐핑오리피스(26)를 설치한 후, 상기 유로(20S, 20A, 20B, 20R)들을 개폐하기 위한 스풀(23)의 외주면과 스풀(23)이 삽입되는 스풀슬리이브(22)의 내주면에 각각의 단차(230), (220)들을 형성하고, 상기한 스풀(23)의 단차(230)들은 소정의 각도(θ)를 이루는 쐐기모양의 단면으로 형성하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 압력제어밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 밸브자리(21)의 일측단부에 댐핑오리피스(22)를 지지하는 스프링(S)을 내장시키되, 스프링 고정용 지그(24)를 설치하여, 시스템 이상시 시스템의 안정화를 위해 부하A, B가 접속될 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 압력제어밸브.
