Abstract

The present invention relates to a sensor disk structure of a switched reluctance motor, and in particular, the sensor disk rotates together with the rotor to remove dust on the sensor disk using only the rotational force of the motor without installing a separate cylindrical guide for reducing dust inflow. By removing, the purpose is to be able to solve the problems such as the increase in material costs and the productivity decrease due to the addition of the cylindrical guide.

In order to realize this, the present invention is provided with a plurality of blowing guide feathers to blow the compressed air on the sensor disk to the sensing area.

Description

Sensor disk of switch drill lux motor

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a switch drill lux motor, and more particularly, to an anti-vibration type sensor disk structure for effectively removing dust so that dust does not accumulate on the sensor disk during long time operation of the motor, thereby preventing malfunction of the position detection sensor.

Referring to the structure of the conventional switch drill lux motor, the cylindrical guide 2 is installed in the bushing 1 of the motor as shown in FIG. 1, and the sensor disk 4 is formed on the protrusion 5 formed on the bushing 1. Combined to rotate with (3).

In the figure, reference numeral 7 denotes a driving circuit, and 6 and 8 denote gaps, respectively.

In the conventional configuration configured as described above, the sensor disk 4 has a central portion for insertion into the four sensing positions 11 and the rotor shaft in the shape as shown in FIG. 3 in accordance with the four rotational stimuli 11 shown in FIG. 2. Holes 12 were formed in the holes.

However, some clearance (6) must be provided between the cylindrical guide (2) and the sensor disk (4), which serves to reduce the dust flowing into the disk, for the mechanism to operate. There is a problem that can be stacked on the sensor disk 4, the drive circuit 7 in which the sensor is located also causes the motor inoperable due to the peripheral gap (8).

The present invention is invented to solve the problems of the prior art as described above, by forming a plurality of blowing guide feathers on the disk to guide the air discharged from the central hole in the sensor disk to prevent dust accumulation on the disk It aims to actively remove dust accumulated on the sensor disk.

B : 출구부B: exit section

The present invention is described in detail below with reference to FIG.

First, referring to the structure of the sensor disk of the present invention, the center hole 102 for inserting into the corresponding four sensing positions 101 of the four rotary stimuli and the rotor shaft is the same as the conventional one, but the central hole 102 is formed. A plurality of air blowing guide feathers 103 were formed in the radial direction.

When the disk is rotated by operating the electric motor in the state configured as described above, the high speed air compressed from the inlet portion A toward the outlet portion B by the feeding guide blade 103 of the present invention is the outlet portion ( B) it is possible to remove the dust on the sensing position 101 formed at the tip.

In addition, the blowing guide feather 103 is to prevent the problem of increasing the material cost by standing the guide feather by the mold production without attaching a separate material as shown in the cross-sectional view of Figure 4 (b).

As described above, the sensor disk structure of the present invention eliminates dust on the sensor disk using only the rotational force of the motor without installing the cylindrical guide, thereby solving problems such as material cost increase due to the addition of the cylindrical guide and reduced productivity due to assembly. It can be effective.
