내부의 중앙부분을 기준하여 위쪽으로 다단의 개스유도판(11,12,14,16)이 지그재그식으로 설치됨에 따라 상측에서 유입된 개스가 개스유도판에 의해 지그재그식으로 하방으로 흐를수 있도록 하되, 가장 위쪽의 개스유도판(11)을 제외한 나머지의 개스유도판 윗면에는 개스의 흐름방향과 반대쪽으로 경사가 진 복수의 개스흐름방해판(13,15,17)이 용착되도록 한 혼합반응실(10)과, 오존개스 및 음이온을 발행시키는 통상의 오존개스발생장치(20)와, 은과 활성탄의 혼합재료가 내장된 잔류개스흡착실(30)로 크게 구성되며 ; 송풍팬(41)과 닥트(42)가 설치된 개스흡입관(40)을 통해 각종 유독개스가 혼합반응실(10)의 상단을 통해 내부로 유입되어 개스유도판 사이로 관통되면서 하방으로 흐를 때 개스흐름방해판들에 의해 와류를 일으키면서 유속이 저하되고, 이때 상기의 개스유도판들을 기준하여 중간 정도의 높이에 끝부분이 위치하고 있는 오존개스공급관으로부터 분출되는 오존개스와 상기 유독개스는 혼합됨으로서 이미 유입된 유독개스는 저밀도의 무해한 분자구성을 가지는 개스나 무해한 개스성분으로 변화되며, 이는 다시 송풍팬(32)에 의해 잔류개스흡착실로 유입되어 탈취 및 유독성분 분해능이 탁월한 은과 활성탄에 의해 미미하게 잔존하는 유독개스의 인화성과 폭발성이 제거됨과 동시에 잔류하는 미미한 량의 유독성분이 흡착되고, 상기의 무해한 개스는 배기관(33)을 통해 대기로 방출될 수 있도록 함이 특징인 본 발명의 작용과 효과를 설명한다.Since the
