Description
Claims (18)
- 금속 산화물을 함유하는 금속광석으로부터 금속을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, (가) 탄소와 탄화수소중의 1종 이상을 함유하는 고체물질로부터 탄소와 수소중의 1종 이상을 함유하는 환원성 가스를 제조하는 단계와, (나) 금속용 고로중에서 상기 광석과 환원성 가스를 접촉하여 반응시키는 단계와, (다) 분쇄되고 유동화된 플라스틱 재료를 고로의 저부 영역에서 송풍 기류속으로 분사하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 플라스틱 재료는 입자크기가 1∼10mm의 범위인 플라스틱 입자를 포함하는 집괴체로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 금속광석으로부터의 금속의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 집괴상 플라스틱을 유동화 가스 1kg에 대하여 5∼30kg의 비로 하여 유체의 기류중에서 이송하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 집괴체는 부피 밀도가 0.35∼1.00인 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 플라스틱 분사량이 70kg/t PI를 초과하는 1kg/t PI 마다 O2를 0.05∼0.1%의 양으로 하여 송풍기류에 첨가하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, (가) 상기 집괴체를 유동화 및 계량 겸용 장치에서 유동화 및 계량하고, (나) 집괴체의 분사압력을 고로내의 압력에 따라 제어 루우프에 의해 계속하여 조정하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속광석으로부터 선철을 제조하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 환원성 가스는 탄소와 수소중의 1종 이상을 추가로 함유하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 플라스틱 입자의 크기가 5mm인 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 유동화 가스가 공기인 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고로는 그 통구에 다수의 랜스가 설치되어 있고, 유동화 상태로 하여 상기 랜스중의 몇 개를 통해 상기 집괴체를 유체의 기류속으로 분사하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 집괴체를 유체의 기류속으로 분사하는 단계가 집괴체를 유동화 상태로 하여 모든 랜스를 통해 유체의 기류속으로 분사하는 단계를 포함하는 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, (가) 다수의 랜스가 고로의 통구 조립체의 원주상 주위에서 서로간에 대해 균일하게 분포되어 제1랜스조(set)와 제2랜스조로 되어 있으며, (나) 집괴체를 유체의 기류속으로 분사하는 단계가 집괴체를 유동화 상태로 하여 제1랜스조를 통해 유체의 기류속으로 분사하는 단계를 포함하고, (다) 오일과 석탄중의 1종을 제2랜스조를 통해 분사하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 적어도 몇 개의 랜스에서의 분사압력은 고로내의 압력 이상인 0.5×105∼1.5×105Pa인 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 적어도 몇 개의 랜스 각각의 단면적에 대한 유속의 비를 크게 함으로써 열의 역복사에 의해 적어도 몇 개의 랜스에서의 플라스틱 재료의 용융에 의한 소결을 방지하고, 상기 유속의 비가 20000∼40000ℓ/(sec×m)인 제조방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 비가 25000ℓ/(sec×m)인 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고로의 혼합분사 온도가 1100℃ 이상인 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 O2의 첨가단계가 플라스틱의 분사량이 70kg/t PI를 초과하는 1kg/t PI마다 O2를 0.08%의 양으로 하여 송풍기류중에 첨가하는 단계를 포함하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분사주입용기에서 플라스틱 집괴체를 유동화하고, 이어서 상기 분사주입용기와는 다른 계량장치에서 상기 집괴체를 계량하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 제조방법.
