BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a pressure casting of a casting in which a static pressure is applied to a molten metal in a mold to remove a gas (GAS) contained in the molten metal. Particularly, the pressure of the casting is tapered with upper and lower light to remove the gas. After assured and used, it relates to the casting of the casting to improve the recovery of the casting.
Cast iron molten metal causes volume change from the completion of pouring to the completion of solidification. Particularly, the nonferrous metal cast steel nodular cast iron has a large volume change, so that the molten metal supply is required. Therefore, the purpose is to obtain a sound casting by installing a hot water so that the volume change occurring in the interior of the product can be spread in the hot water.
In general, the casting of the casting is applied to the molten metal of the casting agent, thereby removing the gas (GAS) and the gas contained in the molten metal, thereby cooling and solidifying. The molten metal is supplied to the shrinkage of the casting produced by
At this time, the molten metal should have a sufficient volume of molten metal so that the molten metal can be supplied until the casting solidifies, and the joint part between the molten metal and the molten metal should have a large cross-sectional area to prevent solidification too fast and the hot molten metal should always be supplied. .
However, the conventional casting forging 51 has a rod-like shape having the same diameter in the upper and lower portions as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5.
In the conventional pressur 51, since the molten metal supplied during the removal of the gas generated when applying the static pressure to the molten metal of the casting agent is supplied with the amount of gas only on the upper side because the surface area of the upper side is wide, as shown in FIG. Uncertainty and the recovery rate of the agitation were lowered.
The present invention in consideration of the above-mentioned problems in the prior art to form a hot water in the form of upper and lower light, but the cross section of the lower portion to form a circular shape to ensure the removal of the gas contained in the molten metal when supplying the melt and cooling and solidification The purpose of this is to ensure that the shrinkage phenomenon of castings that occurs.
When the present invention that can achieve the above object will be described in detail according to the accompanying drawings.
1 is a plan view of the molten metal of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a front view of the molten metal of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the upper side 2 of the plunger 1 is narrow and the lower side 3 is formed to be upper and lower light in a circular state.
The pressure bath configured as described above solidifies while supplying the gas refined in the molten metal of the casting agent and the gas contained in the melt from the upper side 2 of the pressure bath 1 as shown in FIG. 3. It can be seen from the comparison table below that it can be gradually solidified and supplied as it goes to the lower side (3) of the circular state to facilitate the supply and increase the recovery rate.
1][Comparison Table 1]
Looking at the experimental status by the Comparative Table 1 as follows.
Experimental Status]
As described above, the hot water is tapered in the state of upper and lower light, so that the gas can be reliably removed by the amount of gas purified in the molten metal and the gas contained in the molten metal when the molten metal is injected into the casting agent. It is characterized by further improving the recovery rate.
