Claims (9)
- (a) 분뇨와 생활하수의 침전물과 반송슬러지의 침전물을 침전분리실(3)에서 혐기상태로 침전, 분리하여 제거하는 단계와, (b) 혐기여상조(4)에서 침전분리액을 판형여재(9)에 부착된 혐기성 미생물에 접촉시켜 분해시키고 반송된 슬러지에 포함된 질산성 질소로부터 질소를 제거하는 단계와, (c) 폐야쿠르트 공병(12a)을 여재로 다열 배치하여 다중 혐기호기조건을 형성한 폭기조(5)에서 유기물, 질소 및 인을 제거하는 단계와, (d) 최종 침전분리된 처리수를 생물막여과조(7)의 구상여재(21)에 형성되는 생물막을 이용해 여과하는 단계와, (e) 폭기조(5) 및 최종침전조(6)내의 슬러지를 각각 혐기여상조(4) 및 침전분리실(3)로 반송하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 오폐수 처리방법.
- 분뇨 및 생활하수의 침전물을 혐기상태로 침전, 분리하는 침전분리실(3)과, 판형여재(9)에 부착된 혐기성 미생물에 의해 침전분리액을 분해시키고 질소를 제거하는 혐기여상조(4)와, 폐야쿠르트 공병(12a)을 여재로 다열 배치하여 다중 혐기호기조건을 형성한 폭기조(5)와, 최종침전조(6)에서 침전분리된 처리수를 여과하는 생물막이 형성된 구상여재(21)를 포함하는 생물막여과조(7)가 처리순서에 따라 연속적으로 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 오폐수 처리장치.
- 제2항에있어서, 최종침전조(6)의 슬러지를 침전분리실(3)로 반송하는 슬러지 반송장치(15, 16)와, 폭기조(5)의 슬러지를 혐기여상조(4)로 반송하는 슬러지 반송장치(13, 14)가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하느 오폐수 처리장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 슬러지 반송장치는 반송용 송기공급관(14, 16)과 슬러지 반송관(13, 15)으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 오폐수 처리장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 폭기조(5)내에 균등한 공기공급을 위한 역T형 공기분배관이 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 오폐수 처리장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기한 역T형 공기분배관이 공기공급관(22)과, 구멍(19a)이 형성된 산기관(19)으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 오폐수 처리장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 최종침전조(6) 바닥의 슬러지 농축도를 높이기 위해 최종침전조(6)의 벽면이 경사처리된 것을 특징으로 하는 오폐수 처리장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기한 최종침전조(6) 벽면의 경사각도가 60°이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 오폐수 처리장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 반송용 공기공급관(14, 16)의 직경은 상기 슬러지 반송관(13, 15) 직경의 1~1/10 배이고, 반송용 공기공급광(14, 16)과 슬러지 반송관(13, 15)은 유효수심의 3/4 깊이에서 연결되어 있으며, 반송용 공기공급관(14, 16)을 슬러지 반송관(13, 15)보다 높게 설치하여 슬러지의 역류를 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오폐수 처리장치.
