First, when a call for a predetermined subscriber from a predetermined subscriber or a relay line is requested to the first LC 101 in the LP 104, the incoming request is made to the second LC 102. At this time, if the extension status of the corresponding subscriber is busy or busy, the second LC 102 transmits the information on the above-mentioned telephone status of the extension subscriber to the MP 104.
Accordingly, the MP 105 checks whether the corresponding extension subscriber is a voicemail service subscriber. As a result of the check, in the case of the voicemail service subscriber, the MP 105 requests the second LC 102 in the LP 104 to transfer a call for the voicemail service to the corresponding subscriber.
이에 따라 LP(104)내의 제2 LC(102)는 해당 내선가입자에 대해 CFDN(Call Forwarding Directory Number)그룹의 대표번호로 호전환 처리를 하고, MP(105)로 이를 통보한다. Accordingly, the second LC 102 in the LP 104 transfers the call to the representative number of the Call Forwarding Directory Number (CFDN) group to the subscriber, and notifies the MP 105 of the extension. The MP 105, which has received the transfer process notification, requests a ring connection to the third LC 103.
이에 따라 MP(105)는 제3 LC(103)가 VMS(110)로 링신호를 송출하도록 제어한다.The third LC 103 connects the ring by occupying the idle line in the group, and notifies the MP 105 of the ring connection state. Accordingly, the MP 105 controls the third LC 103 to send a ring signal to the VMS 110.
MP(105)는 제3 LC(103)을 통해 VMS(110)의 응답신호가 수신되면, IOP(106)를 통해 가입자 정보를 송출한다. The VMS 110 receiving the transmitted ring signal transmits a response signal to the MP 105 through the third LC 103. The MP 105 transmits subscriber information through the IOP 106 when the response signal of the VMS 110 is received through the third LC 103. At this time, the subscriber information transmitted is made up of a voice mail message indicator (M), a called party DN (or an extension subscriber DN), a CFDN representative number, and an end information as shown in FIG. 3A.
The subscriber information configured as described above is transmitted to the I / O port 111 provided in the VMS 110. At this time, the data transmission method between the input / output processor 106 and the I / O port 111 is performed by the RS-23C method.
By the subscriber information transmitted as described above, a predetermined subscriber connected to the predetermined area in the VMS 110 via the first LC 101 is sent to the voice subscriber to transmit to the corresponding subscriber who is accommodated in the second LC 102. Recording is made.
When the voice message recording is completed, the recording end message is notified from the VMS 110 to the MP 105 through the third LC 103.
Accordingly, the MP 105 requests the second LC 102 to light a message waiting lamp (not shown) which is provided on the subscriber's telephone (not shown), and the second LC 102 is turned on. The message waiting lamp (not shown) provided on the telephone (not shown) of the corresponding subscriber is controlled to turn on.
As described above, the voice mailbox message is confirmed in the state in which the voice message recording using the VMS 110 is performed.
That is, when dial information is sent from a predetermined extension subscriber, the second LC 102 analyzes the sent dial information. As a result of the analysis, in the case of the VMDN (Voice Mail DN) for confirming the voice mail message, the VM 105 informs the VMDN information.
Accordingly, the MP 105 makes a ring connection request to the third LC 103. The third LC 103 connects the ring by occupying the idle line in the VMDN group, and notifies the MP 105 of the ring connection. The MP 105 notified that the ring is connected controls the third LC 103 to send a ring signal to the VMS 110.
링신호 수신에 대한 VMS(110)의 응답신호가 제3LC(103)를 통해 MP(105)로 수신되면, MP(105)는 IOP(106)로 가입자정보를 송출한다. When the response signal of the VMS 110 with respect to the ring signal is received by the MP 105 through the third LC 103, the MP 105 transmits subscriber information to the IOP 106. The IOP 106 transmits subscriber information including the called party DN and the VMDN to the I / O port 111 of the VMS 110 as shown in FIG. 3B.
Accordingly, the VMS 110 transmits the password request and the called party request signal to the third LC 103, and the third LC 103 transmits the received request signal to the corresponding subscriber. The second LC 102 is notified through.
When the second LC 102 receives the password and the called number, which are requested as the extension subscriber, the second LC 102 checks the corresponding voice message stored in the VMS 110. That is, the voice message stored in the VMS 110 is transmitted to the telephone of the corresponding subscriber.
When a message for terminating the voice message checking operation using the voice mail service is applied to the MP 105 through the second LC 102, the MP 105 deletes the voice message currently provided to the VMS 110. Requires.
Accordingly, the VMS 110 deletes the corresponding voice message, and when the deletion is completed, the VMS 110 notifies the MP 105 of the deletion through the third LC 103. At this time, the data format transmitted from the VMS 110 to the third LC 103 has a structure as shown in FIG. 3C.
The MP 105 transmits a request message to the second LC 102 so that the message waiting lamp (not shown) of the subscriber flashes when the deletion processing message for the voice message is received from the VMS 110.
As described above, the present invention utilizes an input / output processor provided in the switchboard to transmit subscriber information between the voicemail box systems of the switchboard, so that the subscriber information for the voicemail service in the switchboard is transmitted as before.
