Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 시트에 설치되는 헤드레스트 각도조절장치에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 운전자 등이 자신의 취향에 맞추어 자유롭게 각도조정할 수 있도록 하기 위하여, 스테이(1) 내에 4개의 홀을 형성하고, 이 스테이(1)의 상단에는 상기 4개의 홀이 전후좌우방향으로 향하도록 하여 각 홀의 출구에 팽창가능한 실리콘튜브(2)를 헤드레스트(3) 내면과 요철형상으로 접하도록 설치하며, 상기 스테이(1)의 하단에는 상기 4개의 홀과 일치하는 홀이 형성된 호스(4)를 연결하고, 이 호스(4)의 입구는 시트 백(5) 외부로 도출시켜 상기 홀과 일치할 수 있는 4개의 밸브(6a,6b,6c,6d)를 갖고 손으로 압축하면 상기 실리콘튜브(2)를 팽창시킬 수 있으며 하부에 공기흡입구(7)가 형성된 공기압축기(8)를 연결한 것이다.

본 발명은 자동차의 시트에 설치되는 헤드레스트 각도조절장치에 관한 것이다.
종래의 헤드레스트는 하부에 2개의 스테이가 돌출되어 이 스테이를 시트의 상부에 꽂도록 되어 있고 높낮이 조절이 가능했었다.
그러나, 운전자 등이 운전중 또는 휴식을 취할 경우에는 항상 일정한 위치로 고정되어 있기 때문에 자세가 불안함을 느끼고 있었다.
본 발명의 목적은 운전자 등이 자신의 취향에 맞추어 자유롭게 각도조정할 수 있도록 하는데 있는 것이다.
본 발명은 상기 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 스테이 내에 4개의 홀을 형성하고, 이 스테이의 상단에는 상기 4개의 홀이 전후좌우방향으로 향하도록 하여 각 홀의 출구에 팽창가능한 실리콘튜브를 헤드레스트 내면과 요철형상으로 접하도록 설치하며, 상기 스테이의 하단에는 상기 4개의 홀과 일치하는 홀이 형성된 호스를 연결하고, 이 호스의 입구는 시트 백 외부로 도출시켜 상기 홀과 일치할 수 있는 4개의 밸브를 갖고 손으로 압축하면 상기 실리콘튜브를 팽창시킬 수 있으며 하부에 공기흡입구가 형성된 공기압축기를 연결한 것이다.
이하 본 발명의 실시예를 첨부된 도면에 의하여 설명한다.
본 발명은 제1도와 같이 스테이(1) 내에 4개의 홀을 형성하고, 이 스테이(1)의 상단에는 상기 4개의 홀이 전후좌우방향으로 향하도록 하여 각 홀의 출구에 팽창가능한 실리콘튜브(2)를 헤드레스트(3) 내면과 요철형상으로 접하도록 설치하며, 상기 스테이(1)의 하단에는 상기 4개의 홀과 일치하는 홀이 형성된 호스(4)를 연결하고, 이 호스(4)의 입구는 시트 백(5) 외부로 도출시켜 상기 홀과 일치할 수 있는 4개의 밸브(6a,6b,6c,6d)를 갖고 손으로 압축하면 상기 실리콘튜브(2)를 팽창시킬 수 있으며 하부에 공기흡입구(7)가 형성된 공기압축기(8)를 연결한 것이다.
따라서, 4개의 밸브(6a,6b,6c,6d)를 선택적으로 열거나 닫고 공기압축기(8)를 손으로 반복해서 누르면 실리콘튜브(2)가 선택적으로 팽창하여 팽창된 쪽의 반대방향으로 헤드레스트(3)가 기울어지도록 한 것이다. 제2도는 그 각도조절되는 전후좌우방향을 화살표로 나타내고 있다.
상기와 같이 구성된 본 발명은 운전자 등이 자신의 취향에 맞추어 자유롭게 각도조정할 수 있어 안락감과 상품성을 높일 수 있는 효과가 있는 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 스테이 내에 4개의 홀을 형성하고, 이 스테이의 상단에는 상기 4개의 홀이 전후좌우방향으로 향하도록 하여 각 홀의 출구에 팽창가능한 실리콘튜브를 헤드레스트 내면과 요철형상으로 접하도록 설치하며, 상기 스테이의 하단에는 상기 4개의 홀과 일치하는 홀이 형성된 호스를 연결하고, 이 호스의 입구는 시트 백 외부로 도출시켜 상기 홀과 일치할 수 있는 4개의 밸브를 갖고 손으로 압축하면 상기 실리콘튜브를 팽창시킬 수 있으며 하부에 공기흡입구가 형성된 공기압축기를 연결한 헤드레스트 각도조절장치.
