폴리에스텔과 PVC 등의 융점이 다른 이질성 수지로된 자동차용 폐메트(MAT)를 재활용함에 있어서 폐메트를 20㎜범위로 절단하여 제1차분쇄기에서 길이 10㎜범위로 분쇄되어진 것을 팬(4)을 이용하여 사이클론 원리로 구성된 1차분류기(5)에 투입 분사시켜 이 1차분류기(5)내에서 비중이 가벼운 폴리에스텔 등의 섬유질 수지는 위로 부상하여 스크류식 이송로(19)를 거쳐 섬유질수집통(14)으로 이송되게 하고 비중이 무거운 PVC 수지입자는 밑으로 낙하되어 좌우 병설된 2차분쇄기(6), (6')내에 투입되어 길이 5㎜범위로 분쇄한후 이를 팬(7), (7')을 이용하여 2차분류기(8), (8')에 투입하여 재분류한후 여기에서 얻어진 비중이 가벼운 폴리에스텔 등의 섬유실은 전기한 스크류식 이송로(19)를 통해 섬유질수집통(14)으로 이송되고 비중이 무거문 PVC 수지입자는 팬(9), (9')를 이용하여 3차분류기(11)에 투입되어 최종 분류한후 섬유질수집통(14) 및 PVC 재료수집통(15)내로 분리 수집된후 압출기(16), (16')에 의해 칩(17), (18)으로 압출하여 재활용되게한 자동차용 폐메트 재활용 방법.In recycling waste mats for automobiles made of heterogeneous resins having different melting points, such as polyester and PVC, the waste mats are cut into 20 mm and crushed into 10 mm lengths in the first mill.
