Abstract

본 발명은 다수의 물품을 수용하는 둘러싸는 형식의 포장상자에 관한 것으로서, 상부패널(14), (20), 바닥패널, 상기 상부패널과 바닥패널을 연결하여 관형 구조를 형성하는 측면패널(12)(22), 상기 상부패널로 부터 위쪽으로 뻗어나온 운반손잡이(H) 및 상기 운반손잡이의 하단부에서 대면하는 패널(16)(18)을 결속시켜 사용상태에서 상기 운반손잡이의 형태를 유지시키도록 하는 잠금탭으로 구성된 병등의 다수의 물품을 담는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상부패널은 포장상자에 담겨지는 물품의 상부가 튀어나오도록 된 다수의 구성을 구비하고 있으며 상기 손잡이패널 하단부로 부터 튀어나온 잠금탭이 상기 다수의 구멍에서 잠겨지게 되어있다.

본 발명은 다수의 물품을 수용하여 둘러싸는 형식의 포장상자에 관한 것으로서, 특히 직립 운반손잡이를 갖춘 둘러싸는 형식의 포장상자에 관한 것이다.
일부 유럽시장에서는 판매장소에서 병들의 회수용으로 제공하기 위하여 6개의 병들을 하나의 그룹으로 유지시키는 팩키지의 필요성이 증가되고 있다. 각각의 6개로된 팩이 크레이트(crate)로 부터 꺼내져서 판매될 수 있도록, 다수의 6개로 된 팩들은 진열되어지는 크레이트안에 수용되어진다. 빈병들은 크레이트안에 놓여지는 둘러쌓는 형식의 포장상자에 다시 놓여지고 장래의 사용을 위해 병들이 재순환될 수 있도록 하기 위해 이송된다.
본 발명에 따른 포장상자는 상기와 같은 크레이트안에서 사용이 적합하며 포장상자를 크레이트로부터 분리시킬 수 있는 직립손잡이를 고객에게 제공하는 것이다. 또한, 본 발명에 따른 포장상자의 바람직한 구성에서, 예를들어 병의 목부분과 같은 팩키지된 물품의 상부가 포장상자의 상부로부터 돌출되게 되는데, 이는 뒤따르는 제거를 위해 빈 포장상자를 크레이트안 뒤로 놓는 자동제거장치에 의해 크레이트로부터 병들을 빼내는 것을 용이하게 한다.
본 발명의 한 관점은 병과같은 다수의 물품들을 수용하는 포장상자를 제공하는 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 포장상자는 상부패널, 바닥패널 및 상기 상부패널과 상기 바닥패널을 연결하는 한쌍의 측면패널을 포함하고, 이것에 의해 관형구조를 형성하며, 상기 상부패널로부터 위를 향하여 확장하는 운반손잡이 수단 및 사용위치에서 운반손잡이 수단을 유지시키도록 상기 운반손잡이 수단의 하단부에 서로 연결된 결속 수단을 형성한다.

본 발명의 다른 관점은 전술한 4개의 특징중의 어느 하나에 따른 포장상자를 제조하기 위한 제1바닥패널, 제1측면패널, 제1 및 제2손잡이 패널을 포함하는 상부패널 및 옆에 패널과 힌지되는 제2측면패널과 제2바닥패널로 구성된 블랭크를 제공하고, 여기서 상기 상부패널은 상기 제1 및 제2손잡이 패널과 인접하는 부분에서 팩키지된 물품의 상부가 튀어나오도록 다수의 구멍이 형성되어 있고, 상기 결속수단은 상기 제1손잡이패널의 구멍으로부터 형성되어 상기 제2손잡이패널의 구멍중 하나와 각각 끼워지도록 되어있다.
본 발명의 구체적 실시예를 첨부된 도1을 참조로하여 기술하면, 판지 또는 겹칠수 있는 종이재료등으로 제조되어 연장된 블랭크(10)의 중앙부는 접는선(24)을 따라 제1상부패널과 힌지되는 제1측면패널(12), 제1상부패널(14), 제1손잡이패널(16), 제2손잡이패널(18), 제2상부패널(20) 및 접는선(32)를 따라 상기 제2상부패널(20)과 힌지되는 제2측면패널(22)를 포함한다.
측면패널의 하단부와 상기 측면의 하단부에 힌지된 바닥패널을 포함하는 블랭크는(도3에서 어느정도 도시되어 있지만) 본 발명에 관련이 없고 이 기술분야에서 널리 공지된 포장상자 형태이므로 생략한다.
손잡이 패널(16, 18)은 각각 접는선(34c, 36c)에 의해 연결되는 손잡이 쿠션플랩(34a, 34b, 36a, 36b)를 구비한 손잡이구멍(34, 36)이 형성되어져 있다. 구멍(38, 40 및 42)를 수용하면서 병목을 넣는 연속적인 세 개의 공간이 상부패널(14)에서 부분적으로 뻗어나오고 각각의 구멍들은 손잡이패널(16)의 하단부에 각각 인접한 잠금영역(38a, 40a, 42a)을 제공하도록 부분적으로 측면패널(12)에서 형성된다.

손잡이 쿠션구조 's'(도3에서 도시되지 않았지만)는 두 손잡이 패널 사이에서 겹쳐지는 관계로 도2에서 도시되는 플랩(34b, 36b)과 플랩(34a, 36a)에 의해 형성된 손잡이 구멍(34, 36) 사이에 제공되어진다.

Claims (4)

  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 잠금탭은 상기 손잡이 패널의 다른쪽에 있는 구멍으로부터 각각 형성되도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 손잡이를 갖는 포장상자.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제1바닥 패널, 제1측면 패널, 제1 및 제2손잡이 패널을 포함하는 상부 패널, 제2측면 패널 및 옆 패널과 힌지되는 제2바닥패널로 구성된 블랭크에서, 상기 상부 패널은 상기 제1 및 제2손잡이 패널 각각이 상부패널과 인접하는 부분에 포장된 상부가 튀어나오도록 다수의 구멍이 형성되어 있고, 결속수단은 상기 제1손잡이 패널의 구멍으로부터 형성되어 상기 제2손잡이 패널의 구멍중 하나와 각각 끼워지도록 되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장상자 조립용 블랭크.
