Claims (4)
- 강판의 도유량을 측정하는 방법에 있어서, 적외선 레이저광을 두 갈래로 분할하여 한 갈래의 레이저광을 기준 레이저광으로 하여 그 강도(Io)를 측정함과 동시에 다른 갈래의 레이저광을 일정한 입사각(α)으로 강판에 조사하여 입사각과 동일한 각도(α)로 반사되는 정반사 레이저광의 강도[I(α)] 및 정반사각(α)보다 큰 반사각(β)으로 반사되는 부반사 레이저광의 강도[I(β)]를 각각 측정하는 단계; 상기와 같이 측정된 정반사 레이저광의 강도[I(α)], 및 부반사 레이저광의 강도[I(β)]를 하기식(1)에 대입하여 반사도[R(a)]를 구하는 단계;상기와 같이 구한 반사도[R(a)]를 이용하여 하기식(2)에 의해 흡수강도[I(a)]를 구하는 단계; 및상기와 같이 구한 흡수강도[I(a)]를 하기식(3)에 대입하여(여기서, a : 흡수계수) 도유층 두께(t)를 구하는 단계를 포함하여 구성되는 강판의 도유량 측정방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 강판의 표면조도(Ra)가 0.15∼2.0㎛이고, 그리고 부반사 레이저광의 반사각(β)이정반사각(α) + 10∼45°인 것을 특징으로 하는 강판의 도유량 측정방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 적외선 레이저광이 하이드로 카본 진동에너지 영역의 적외선 파장을 발생시키는 적외선 레이전인 것을 특징으로 하는 강판의 도유량 측정방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 적외선 레이저광의 파장이 3.39㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 강판의 도유량 측정방법.
