Abstract
본 고안은 캠축으로 오일펌프를 구동하는 자동차 엔진윤활장치에 관한 것으로서, 오일펌프를 크랭크축이 아닌 캠축을 이용해 회전비가 다르게 구동할 수 있고 오일의 관성을 이용하여 실린더헤드로 부터 오일이 거꾸로 흘러내러 올 수 있도록 하여 엔진의 윤활효과를 개선하고, 또 엔진의 높이도 축소시킬 수 있도록 하기 위하여, 오일팬(1)의 일측에 오일의 송출량 이상의 오일저장용량을 갖는 흡인파이프(2)를 일체로 형성하여 오일펌프(3)와 연결시키고, 상기 오일펌프(3)는 크랭크축(4)의 회전수 이상의 회전수를 갖도록 캠축(5)과 연결시키며, 상기 오일펌프(3)와 연결되는 오일필터(9)를 실린더헤드의 오일통로(10)와 연결시킨 것이다.The present invention relates to an automobile engine lubrication device for driving an oil pump with a camshaft.
