제2도는 본 고안의 제동등 경보 릴레이의 상세회로도 이며 입력전원(B+)에 밧테리전원이 인가되면 정 전압회로(1)에서 저항(R11)과 제너다이오드(ZD2)에 의하여 제어된 안정화 전원이 발진회로(2)와 타이머회로(3)에 공급된다. 발진회로(2)는 플립플롭 발진기이며 저항(R1,R2,R3,R4)과 콘덴서(C1,C2)의 시정 수와 트랜지스터(TR1,TR2)의 특성에 의하여 발진 주파수가 결정되고 콘넥터3(CN3)는 초기 발진을 한쪽방향부터 시작 되도록하여 트랜지스터(TR2)의 콜렉터 출력이 낮은 전압(LOW VOLT)부터 시작되어 릴레이구동회로(4)의 입력에 전압이 공급되지 않아 릴레이가 동작하지 않기 때문에 크로스 접점(b접점)을 사용하는 릴레이 출력(RYb)에 밧테리 전원이 인가된 상태가 되어 제동과 동시에 점등되고 다음에 발진회로(2)에서 발생되는 펄스에 의하여 타이머회로(3)에서 결정되는 시간동안 제동등(R,L)이 점멸한 다음 점등되도록 구성되어 있다. 타이머회로(3)는 발진회로(2)에서 발생된 펄스가 일정시간 동안만 릴레이 구동회로(4)를 동작시키도록 구성되어 있으며 저항(R5)을 통해서 콘덴서(C4)에 충전되는 회로와 트랜지스터(TR3)와 제너다이오드(ZD1) 저항(R6)을 콘덴서(C4)에 충전되는 회로가 구성되어 있으며 타이머회로(3)의 동작시간 즉 트랜지스터(RT3)의 동작시간은 정 전압회로(1)의 출력전압에서 제너다이오드(ZD1)의 동작전압과 트랜지스터(TR3)의 동작전압을 뺀 나머지 전압 만큼 콘덴서(C4) 전압이 충전되는 시간 까지이며 이때 PNP 형 트랜지스터(TR3)의 베이스 전류가 흐르지 않게되어 타이머회로(3)의 시간이 끝나게 되고 릴레이(Ry)구동은 멈추게 되어 제동이 해제 될 때까지 계속 제동등(R,L)이 점등된 상태를 유지하게 되며 트랜지스터(TR3)의 동작이 멈춘 상태에서도 저항(R5)을 통하여 콘덴서(C4)에는 정전압회로(1)의 출력전압 최대치까지 충전이 되며 제동이 해제되고 정상운행을 하다가 다시 제동이 걸릴 때 콘덴서(C4)의 전압이 트랜지스터(TR3)가 동작되는 전압 이하로 방전되지 않은 상태에서는 트랜지스터(TR3)가 동작되지 않기 때문에 제동등(R,L)이 점멸 하지 않고 바로 점등 되도록 고안되어 있다.2 is a detailed circuit diagram of the brake light alarm relay of the present invention.
