본 고안은 자동차의 각 전기부품에 전원을 공급하는 밧데리의 케이블단자 연결구조에 관한 것으로, 종래구조는 밧데리(4')의 설치나 교체시에 반드시 별도의 공구를 사용하여야만 조임볼트(3')를 풀거나 조일 수 있게 되므로 케이블단자(1')의 분해결합작업이 크게 번거롭게 되는 문제가 있었던 바, 전극(2)을 반원기둥체로 구성하되, 그의 일측 평탄면에 장방형의 걸림홈(3)을 형성하고, 케이블단자(1)를 판상체로 구성하되, 판상의 몸체(6)의 선단부에 걸림구(8)를 마련하고, 걸림구(8)의 후방 중앙에 손잡이(5)가 돌출된 걸림체(7)를 설치하며, 걸림체(7)의 후방에 스프링(10)과 케이블(9)을 접속하여 별도의 공구없이 수작업으로 케이블단자(1)를 전극(2)에 착탈할 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 본 고안에 의하면 밧데리(4)를 설치하거나 교체할 때에 그 작업을 간편하게 할 수 있게 되어 작업시간을 단축할 수 있게 되고, 작업비용을 절감할 수 있게 되어 궁극적으로는 자동차의 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있게 됨은 물론 소비자의 제품만족도를 향상시킬 수 있게 된다.The present invention relates to a cable terminal connection structure of a battery for supplying power to each electric component of a vehicle.
