본 발명은 배수성(wet성)과 제동성을 향상시킨 승용차용 래디얼 타이어에 관한 것이다. 종래에 있어서의 타이어의 패턴은 첨부된 도면 제1도에 도시된 바와 같이 타이어 원주상의 트래드부(1) 중앙에 일정한 깊이와 폭을 가지는 리브 그루브(20)가 형성되고, 이의 양측으로 러그 그루브(10)가 일정한 폭으로 형성되며, 러그 그루브(10)의 깊이는 숄더부(2) 측으로 갈수록 낮아지게 형성시켜 구성된 것이다. 그러나 이와같이 구성되는 트래드의 패턴은 러그 그루브(10)의 깊이가 숄더부(2) 측으로 갈수록 낮아짐에 따른 배수능력의 한계로 인하여 수막 현상(hydroplanning)이 조기 발생되는 문제점이 있는 것이다. 특히 그루브의 폭이 작은패턴이 한곳에 집중적으로 형성되는 타입의 타이어에 있어서는 배수의 문제가 매우 심각하게 대두되는 실정이다. 따라서 본 발명은 타이어의 트래드부에 형성되는 리브 그루브와 러그 그루브의 폭과 깊이를 크고 깊게 형성시켜 배수성과 제동성을 향상 시킬 수 있도록 한 것인바, 이를 첨부된 도면에 의하여 설명하면 다음과 같다. 첨부된 도면 제2도 및 제3도에 도시된 바와 같이 트래드부(1)의 중앙에 리드 그루브(20)가 형성되고, 이의 양측으로 러그 그루브(10)가 형성된 승용차용 래디얼 타이어에 있어서, 리브 그루브(20)의 선상에 접하는 리브 그루브(20)가 가지는 폭(wl)과 깊이(dl) 보다 더 큰폭 (w2)과 깊이(d2)를 가지는 리브 광폭부(21)를 형성 시키고, 리브 광폭부(21)에 연결되는 러그 광폭부(11)도 근접하는 러그 그루브(10)의 폭(w3)과 깊이(d3) 보다 큰 폭(w4)과 깊이(d4)를 이루는 러그 광폭부(11)를 형성시킨다. 또한 리브 광폭부(20)와 러그 광폭부(10)는 타이어의 원주상에 등 간격으로 6~25 정도의 범위내에서 형성 시키는 것이 바람직하며, 광폭부(10,20)의 사이 간격은 불규칙하게 형성 시킬 수도 있는 것이다. 그리고 리브 광폭부(20) 폭(w2)은 리브 그루브 폭(w1)의 1.2~1.8배의 크기로 형성 시키며, 깊이(d2)는 리브 그루브 깊이(d1)의 1.1~1.5배의 크기로 형성 시키는 것이 바람직하다. 또한 러그 광폭부(11)의 폭(w4)은 러그 그루브 폭(w3)의 1.2~1.8배의 크기로 형성 시키며, 깊이(d4)는 러그 그루브 깊이(d3)의 1.1~1.5배의 크기로 형성 시키는 것이 바람직하다. 이와같이 구성되는 본 발명은 노면과 타이어 사이의 물이 리브 광폭부를 통하여 러그 그루브 측으로 원활히 배수되며, 러그 그루브로 급수된 물은 다수의 러그 광폭부를 통하여 외부로 배출되어 타이어와 노면 사이에서의 수막 현상은 발생되지 않는 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 타이어를 전륜 구동인 승용차에 장착후 제동력을 시험한 결과 아래의 표1과 같은 결과를 얻을 수 있었다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
