본 발명은 가스센서를 이용하여 전자렌지에서 제조되는 팝콘의 중량감별이 이루어지도록 하여 그 중량에 알맞는 조리시간이 자동 설정되도록 한 팝콘 중량감지방법에 대한 것이다. 종래에는 시중에 나와 있는 50g 중량의 팝콘과 100g 중량의 팝콘을 구별하기 위해 중량센서를 사용하거나, 혹은 센서를 사용하지 않고 각각의 중량에 대한 별도의 조리시간을 설정하는 방법에 의해 팝콘을 조리해 왔었기 때문에 별도의 중량센서를 구비해야 하는 문제점과 팝콘중량에 따른 조리시간을 사용자가 각기 설정해서 조리를 해야하는 번거로움이 있었다. 이에 본 발명에서는 중량센서를 사용하지 않고 가스센서에 의해 팝콘의 중량을 감별토록 함으로써 각 중량에 알맞는 조리의 편의성을 제공토록 한 것이다. 이하, 본 발명은 첨부예시도면에 의거 상세히 설명한다.The present invention relates to a popcorn weight sensing method for allowing the weight discrimination of popcorn produced in a microwave oven using a gas sensor to automatically set a cooking time suitable for the weight. Accordingly, in the present invention, the weight of the popcorn is discriminated by the gas sensor without using the weight sensor to provide convenience of cooking suitable for each weight. Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
본 발명은 제1도의 예시와 같이 마이컴(MICOM)의 입력측에 연결된 가스센서(GS)를 전자렌지의 조리실안에 설치하여 팝콘형성시의 가스발생량을 측정하고 동감지신호를 마이컴(MICOM)에 입력시켜 가스감지감과 감지시간을 비교함으로써 팝콘중량에 따른 조리시간이 자동 설정될 수 있도록 한 것이다. 즉, 가스센서(GS)에서 감지된 신호를 마이컴(MICOM)에 입력시켜서 감지신호를 디지털신호로 변환시킨 후 그 가스감지감과 기설정된 팝콘감지값(PS)을 비교해서 가스감지값이 기설정된 팝콘 감지값(PS) 보다 같거나 클 경우에는 다시 상기 가스센서(GS)에 의한 감지시간과 50g 중량의 팝콘이 만들어지는 제1설정시간(T1)을 비교하여 감지시간이 제1설정시간 보다 작거나 같으면 50g 중량의 팝콘조리를 수행하도록 그에 알맞는 조리시간을 자동 설정하여 팬모터(20) 및 고압트랜스회로(30)를 계속 가동시켜 팝콘을 조리토록 하고, 감지시간이 제1설정시간(T1) 보다 크면 제2설정시간(T2)에 해당하는 100g 중량의 팝콘으로 인지하여 100g 중량의 팝콘조리를 수행하도록 그에 알맞는 조리시간을 자동 설정하여 팬모터(20) 및 고압트랜스회로(30)의 가동시간을 증가시켜 팝콘을 조리하게 되는 것이다.In the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1, a gas sensor GS connected to the input side of the microcomputer MICOM is installed in a cooking chamber of a microwave oven to measure the amount of gas generated at the time of popcorn formation, and input a dynamic detection signal to the microcomputer MICOM.
