Abstract
The ADA analysis method of the transformed plant consists of (1) Innoculating aqueous adenosine solution to botanical leave tissue, culturing and stopping reaction as adding phenol-nitroprussid solution, (2) and adding hypochlorous acid solution, identifying the activity of adenosine deaminase. Accordingly, the ADA analysis method makes the transformed body sorted out at the plate table.
