Abstract

1. 산업상 이용분야
발광 다이오드가 내장된 합성타일.
2. 고안이 해결하고자 하는 과제.
합성수지타일에 조명기능을 갖게하며 조명기능을 각각 다르게 제어할 수 있는 배선회로를 구성하고 발광 다이오드 빛의 효율성을 높이기 위해 고안된 것임.
3. 해결수단.
투명한 합성수지에 다양한 색상과 무늬를 인쇄(2a)하여 제조한 윗판(2)과 밑면과 측면에 반사물질 도포막(12)이 부착된 무늬모양홈(9)과 배선홈(9a) 및 외부 연결구리판 돌출용 구멍(8)이 형성되게 제조한 합성수지 밑판(3)내부의 각각의 무늬모양홈(9)에 배선회로의 발광 다이오드(4)가 각각 끼위지고 각각의 발광 다이오드 연결선(7a)과 배선(7)이 배선홈(9a)에 끼워지며 외부 연결구리판(7b)이 외부 연결 구리판 돌출용 구멍(8)에 끼워져 돌출되고 각각의 홈(9)(9a)에 투명한 실리콘(13)으로 충진한 후 투명한 수지 접착제로 윗판(2)과 밑판(3)을 접착시켜 일체화 시키고 돌출된 외부 연결 구리판(7b)를 구부려 외부연결 코드용홈(10) 바닥에 부착시켜 전기접촉 구리판(11)이 되게한 것.
4. 고안의 중요한 용도.
바닥이나 벽등 발광 다이오드가 내장된 합성수지 타일로 사용됨.

본 고안은 발광 다이오드가 내장된 합성수지타일에 관한 것이다.
종래에는 합성수지로 제조한 타일로 바닥이나 벽 등에 장식재로 사용되고 있었으나 조명기능에 의한 장식효과는 제공할 수 없었다.
본 고안은 합성수지 타일에 조명기능을 갖게하며 조명기능을 각각 다르게 제어할 수 있게 배선회로를 구성하며 발광 다이오드 빛의 효율성을 높이기 위해 고안된 것이다.
본 고안은 다양한 색상과 무늬가 인쇄된 투명체의 윗판과 발광 다이오드가 연결된 배선회로를 내장하고 외부 전기 접촉 구리판이 돌출된 합성수지 밑판과의 접착으로 구성되며 이를 첨부도면에 의거 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
투명한 합성수지에 다양한 색상과 무늬를 인쇄(2a)하여 합성수지 타일의 윗판(2)을 제조하고 합성수지로 발광 다이오드가 들어가는 무늬 모양홈(9)과 발광 다이오드 연결선(7a)과 배선(7)이 들어가는 배선홈(9a)이 형성되게 하고 무늬 모양홈(9)의 밑면과 측면에 빛이 반사되게 반사물질 도포막(12)을 형성하고 외부 연결 구리판(7b)이 돌출되게 외부 연결 구리판 돌출용 구멍(8)이 형성되게 제조한 밑판(3)과 각각의 발광 다이오드(4)를 연결시키기 위하여 구리선을 적당한 길이로 절단하고 구리선 끝에 발광 다이오드(+)(-)리이드 선을 끼울 수 있는 클립(5)을 부착한 발광 다이오드 연결선(7a)이 (-)선을 공통 연결선으로 하고 (+)선은 각 해당(+)선에 부착되고 외부 연결 구리판 돌출용 구명(8)으로 돌출되어 전기 접촉 구리판(11)이 되게 절단한 외부 연결 구리판(7b)이 각각 부착된 배선(7)과 강철소재나 내구성수지로 제조한 보호용클립(6)으로 구성되며 보호용 클립(6)을 발광 다이오드연결선(7a)에 미리 끼운후 발광 다이오드(+)(-)리이드선 연결클립(5)에 발광 다이오드(4)의 (+),(-)리이드선을 각각의 위치에 끼운 후 펜치등으로 압착 고정시켜 연결한 후 보호용 클립(6)을 끌어올려 발광 다이오드(4)가 연결된 클립(5)과 발광 다이오드(4)의 (+),(-)리이드 선을 보호되게 한 발광 다이오드가 연결된 배선회로로 구성되며 합성수지 밑판(3)의 각각의 무늬 모양홈(9)에 배선회로의 발광 다이오드(4)가 각각 끼워지고 각각의 발광 다이오드 연결선(7a)과 배선(7)이 배선홈(9a)에 끼워지며 외부 연결구리판(7b)이 외부 연결구리판 돌출용 구멍(8)에 끼워 밖으로 돌출되게 하고 각각의 홈(9)(9a)에 투명한 실리콘(13)을 충진시켜 표면이 평평하게 한 후 투명한 수지 접착제를 사용하여 합성수지 타일의 윗판(2)과 밑판(3)을 접착하여 일체가 되게 하고 외부 연결 코드용 홈(10)밑면에 돌출된 외부 연결 구리판(7b)을 구부려 밑면에 부착시켜 전기 접촉 구리판(11)이 되게하여 제조한 발광 다이오드(4)가 내장된 합성수지 타일(1)에 관한 것이다. 보호용클립(6)은 강철재나 내구성 합성수지로 제조되며 발광 다이오드(4)가 내장된 합성수지 타일이 바닥에 시공 될 경우 사람의 빈번한 왕래에 의한 반복적인 유동현상에 의해 발광 다이오드(4)의 (+),(-)리이드 선과 발광 다이오드(+),(-)리이드선 연결클립(5)과의 전기 접촉이 쉽게 불량해지는 것을 막는 보호작용을 하며 합성수지 타일(1)의 밑면(3)의 무늬모양홈(9) 밑면과 측면에 반사 물질 도포막(12)에 의해 발광 다이오드의 빛이 반사되며 배선(7) 중 한선은 (-)공통선으로 하고 다른선은 각각(+)선으로 한 것에 의해 (+)배선수에 해당하는 수만큼 각기 다르게 발광다이오드(4)의 발광 기능을 조정할 수 있으며 전기 접촉 구리판(11)에 의한 외부전기 연결은 얇은 두께로 외부 연결코드와 접촉 연결되며 합성수지 타일 자체의 무게에 의한 자연 하중에 의해 전기접촉 구리판(11)이 항상 밀착되어 반복적인 유동에 의한 전기 접촉 불량이 방지된다.
바닥에 전기 연결 코드를 부착하고 전기 연켤코드의 전기 공급측 구리판과 발광 다이오드(4)를 내장한 합성수지타일(1)의 전기 접촉 구리판(11)이 (-)공통선과 (+)선이 상호 접촉하게 외부 연결코드용홈(10)에 전기 연결코드를 끼위 밀착시켜 시공하며 각종 판매업소나 서어비스 업소의 바닥이나 벽등장식용 타일이나 일반 가정의 바닥이나 벽등에 사용되는 발광 다이오드가 내장된 합성 수지타일(1)이다.
기존의 합성수지 타일에 발광 기능을 갖게함과 무늬모양 홈 밑면과 측면의 반사물질 도포막에 의해 빛의 효율성이 높으며 (+)배선수 만큼 발광 다이오드의 발광 기능을 다르게 제어할 수 있으며 전기 접촉 구리판에 의해 얇은 두께로 외부와 전기 신호 연결이 가능하며 전기 접촉이 쉽게 불량해지는 것을 방지하는 효과가 있다.

  1. 색상과 무늬가 인쇄(2a)된 투명체의 윗판(2)과 합성수지 밑판(3)과의 접착으로 형성된 합성수지타일체(1)에 있어서 발광 다이오드 (+),(-)리이드선 연결클립(5)에 발광 다이오드(4)의 (+),(-)리이드선이 끼워져 압착 고정되어 연결되고 보호용 클립(6)으로 보호되며 외부 연결구리판(7b)이 각각의 배선(7)과 부착된 배선회로가 합성수지 밑판(3) 내부에 바닥과 측면에 반사물질 도포막(12)을 형성한 각각의 무늬 모양홈(9)에 배선회로의 발광 다이오드(4)가 각각 끼워지고 배선홈(9a)에는 각각의 발광 다이오드 연결선(7a)과 배선(7)이 끼워지며 외부 연결 구리판(7b)은 외부 연결 구리판 돌출용 구멍(8)에 끼워져 밖으로 돌출되고 각각의 홈(9)(9a)은 투명한 실리콘(13)으로 충진되어 내장되며 외부로 돌출된 외부 연결 구리판(7b)을 외부 연결코드용 홈(10)밑바닥에 부착시켜 전기접촉 구리판(11)을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 다이오드(4)가 내장된 합성수지타일.
