Abstract

The invention offers a position adjustable pin jig for automobiles offering extensive use for a wide range of body specifications by providing vertical and horizontal movement of the pin fitted to the table of a jig securing car body under repair. The device comprises a table(1) with a linear guide groove(1a) on both sides thereof; a fitting shoulder(2a) inserted into the linear guide groove(1a); a pair of guide plates(2) with a longitudinal guide rail(2b) thereon; a setting bolt(3) securing the guide plates(2) to the table; a pin fastening rod(4c) slidable in the guide rail(2b); a support plate(4a) with a screw hole(4d) at top and bottom; a pin body(4) with a movable guide(4b); and a pin(6) with threads(6') adjustable in height and transverse location. The invention improves operation efficiency and reduces time, manpower, and manufacturing cost.
