Claims (1)
- 양쪽에 발열선이 삽입된 가스센서의 감도를 측정하는 장치에 있어서, (1) 레귤레이터와 개폐용 솔레노이드밸브를 각각 거친 공기와 피검가스가 유량계를 거쳐 공통 배관을 통하여 건조필터가 설치된 혼합기에서 혼합되게 구성한 가스유입부(100); (2) 상기 가스유입부(100)의 혼합기에서 배출되는 혼합가스의 일부가 용기내의 수용액에서 용해되어 수분을 가지고 출력되게 하며, 상기 용기를 가열하는 발열부를 가지는 습도조절부(200); (3) ① 상기 습도조절부에 의해 습도가 조절된 혼합가스를 저장, 배출하고, 혼합가스에 노출되도록 상기 가스센서가 외부에서 삽입되며, 상기 가스센서의 온도를 측정하는 온도센서와 혼합가스의 습도를 측정하는 습도센서가 설치되는 반응관과, ② 상기 가스센서의 발열모드와 감도측정모드를 전환하는 모드전환 스위치와, ③ 발열모드에서 상기 가스센서의 발열선에 전원을 공급하는 직류전원공급기를 가지는 감도측정부(300); (4) ① 상기 가스유입부(100)의 유량신호를 입력하고 유량계를 제어하는 A/D변환기 및 D/A변환기와, ② 상기 감도측정부(300)의 모드전환 스위치를 제어하는 GPIB와, ③ 컴퓨터를 가지는 제어부(400);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스센서의 감도측정장치.
